【摘要】：目的比較不同乙肝防治知識強化教育方法對醫(yī)學生的干預效果,探索適合醫(yī)學生的乙肝防治知識強化教育方法。方法招募上海某高校醫(yī)學院2007~2010級的醫(yī)學生共175人,分為閱讀組、視頻組和閱讀+視頻組,進行乙肝防治知識強化教育。通過干預前后知識問卷自填,以乙肝防治知識得分為主要評價指標進行干預效果評價。結(jié)果干預前平均得分為(38.21±6.07)分,干預后平均得分為(41.22±5.11)分,干預后得分顯著高于干預前(t=6.844,P0.001);閱讀組、視頻組、視頻+閱讀組干預后總得分均顯著高于干預前(P0.05),分別為(41.43±5.21)分vs(37.66±7.06)分、(41.13±4.59)分vs(39.26±4.27)分、(40.47±6.63)分vs(36.76±6.56)分;3種干預方式問卷總得分增加值無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論在醫(yī)學生中開展多種形式的乙肝強化教育,均可以有效地提高醫(yī)學生乙肝防治知識水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of different methods of intensive education of knowledge on prevention and treatment of hepatitis B in medical students, and to explore the methods of strengthening knowledge of prevention and cure of hepatitis B for medical students. Methods 175 medical students from 2007 to 2010 in Shanghai Medical College were recruited and divided into reading group, video group and reading video group to strengthen the knowledge of hepatitis B prevention and treatment. By filling out knowledge questionnaire before and after intervention and taking the score of knowledge of hepatitis B prevention and treatment as the main evaluation index, the effect of intervention was evaluated. Results the average score before intervention was 38.21 鹵6.07, and after intervention was 41.22 鹵5.11. The score after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention. The total scores of video reading group after intervention were significantly higher than that before intervention (41.43 鹵5.21), vs(37.66 鹵7.06) and 41.13 鹵4.59), vs(39.26 鹵4.27). Conclusion carrying out various forms of intensive hepatitis B education among medical students can effectively improve the knowledge level of hepatitis B prevention and treatment among medical students.
