【摘要】：目的分析2006-2016年西安市學(xué)校流感樣病例暴發(fā)疫情的流行病學(xué)特征,為今后的疫情防控提供參考。方法在《突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件管理信息系統(tǒng)》中搜集并整理該市2006-2016年報(bào)告的學(xué)校流感樣病例暴發(fā)疫情資料,采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法分析。結(jié)果共報(bào)告暴發(fā)疫情16起1 179例,平均罹患率5.31%(1 179/22 221),無(wú)死亡病例。其中未分級(jí)疫情9起836例,一般級(jí)別疫情7起343例。疫情報(bào)告時(shí)間為5.5(3.25,7)d,峰值時(shí)間為5(2.5,8.75)d,持續(xù)時(shí)間為11.5(6.25,19.75)d;暴發(fā)場(chǎng)所以小學(xué)為主(10起);呈冬季單峰分布,集中在12月至次年1月(11起);臨床癥狀以發(fā)熱(≥38℃)、咳嗽和咽痛為主,分別占82.37%(757/919),52.23%(480/919),46.03%(423/919)。病例咽拭子標(biāo)本核酸檢測(cè)顯示,5起暴發(fā)疫情由B型流感病毒引起,5起由甲型H3N2病毒引起,3起由甲型H1N1病毒引起,1起由腺病毒引起,1起由甲型H3N2和H1N1病毒混合感染引起,1起由B型流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒和肺炎支原體混合感染引起。結(jié)論西安市流感樣病例暴發(fā)疫情高危場(chǎng)所以小學(xué)為主,冬季最易暴發(fā)流行,此時(shí)更要加強(qiáng)學(xué)校疫情監(jiān)測(cè)并督促防控措施落實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of school influenza-like cases in Xi'an from 2006 to 2016, and to provide reference for the prevention and control of the epidemic in the future. Methods the epidemic data of school influenza-like cases reported from 2006 to 2016 in the Public Health Emergency Management Information system were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.
