【摘要】：本研究在總結(jié)HIV戒毒人員管理中經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,充分整合戒毒場所內(nèi)的各類管理和戒治舉措,構(gòu)建符合浙江特色的"331"HIV戒毒人員管理模式。在保證集中收治的HIV強(qiáng)制隔離戒毒人員安全的前提下,有效地開始教育矯治,戒毒診治、日常醫(yī)療工作,維護(hù)法律給予這部分人群的尊嚴(yán)和權(quán)益,提高其生存、生活質(zhì)量,同時(shí),化解其負(fù)性情緒,消除隔閡,強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí),為有效融入社會(huì)打下基礎(chǔ)。通過近一年的運(yùn)行實(shí)踐,HIV戒毒人員在遵規(guī)守紀(jì)、教育學(xué)習(xí)、患病就診率以及CD4指標(biāo)這四組數(shù)據(jù)均有了顯著的提升,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步提出建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summing up the experience in the management of HIV addicts, this study fully integrated all kinds of management and treatment measures in detoxification sites, and constructed the "331" HIV abstinent personnel management model in accordance with Zhejiang characteristics. On the premise of ensuring the safety of the HIV detoxification personnel who are under compulsory isolation in centralized treatment, they have effectively started education and treatment, detoxification and treatment, daily medical work, and safeguarding the dignity and rights and interests of this group of people given by the law, so as to improve their survival and quality of life. At the same time, resolve their negative emotions, eliminate barriers, strengthen learning, and lay the foundation for effective integration into society. The four groups of data of HIV detoxifier, such as compliance with rules and regulations, education and study, the rate of seeing a doctor and the index of CD4, have been significantly improved through the operation practice for nearly one year, and further suggestions are put forward on this basis.
