【摘要】：目的了解西藏青年學(xué)生艾滋病防治相關(guān)知識(shí)知曉、高危行為及艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染狀況。方法采用分層和單純隨機(jī)抽樣方法相結(jié)合進(jìn)行抽樣,采用Epidata軟件建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),應(yīng)用SPSS 18.0軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果共調(diào)查大學(xué)、大專、職高和中專在讀學(xué)生5 095人,男女性別比約1∶1,平均年齡為(17.1±1.7)歲;藏族占93.90%(4 784人)。艾滋病防治相關(guān)知識(shí)的總體知曉率為40.43%(2 060人);不同學(xué)校學(xué)生艾滋病防治知識(shí)答對(duì)6個(gè)題的正確知曉率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=193.79,P0.005),大學(xué)和大專學(xué)生的滿分率均高于職高和中專學(xué)生(χ2=36.35,P0.005);不同民族學(xué)生艾滋病防治知識(shí)知曉率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=39.23,P0.05),漢族學(xué)生高于其他少數(shù)民族學(xué)生;不同性別學(xué)生艾滋病防治知識(shí)知曉差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=6.31,P0.05),男生略高于女生。有過(guò)性行為的學(xué)生占1.96%(100人),首次性行為時(shí)的平均年齡為(16±0.42)歲;有吸毒行為的學(xué)生占0.08%(4人)。未檢出HIV陽(yáng)性者,梅毒陽(yáng)性率0.08%(4人),丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)陽(yáng)性率0.29%(15人)。結(jié)論西藏青年學(xué)生艾滋病知識(shí)知曉率低,存在高危行為,有梅毒和HCV感染的病例,存在感染HIV的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),亟待加強(qiáng)青年學(xué)生中艾滋病性病防治知識(shí)的宣傳教育和相關(guān)行為干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the knowledge, high risk behavior and HIV / AIDS infection among young Tibetan students. Methods sampling was carried out by stratification and random sampling. The database was established by Epidata software and the data was analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software. Results A total of 5 095 students were enrolled in college, junior college, vocational high school and technical secondary school. The sex ratio between male and female was about 1: 1, with an average age of 17.1 鹵1.7 years, while the Tibetan group accounted for 4 784 students. The overall awareness rate of HIV / AIDS related knowledge was 40.43 3 / 2 060, and there was significant difference in correct awareness rate of 6 questions among students in different schools (蠂 2 / 193.79 / P 0.005). The full score rate of college and college students was higher than that of high school students. There were significant differences in the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge among students of different nationalities (蠂 2 / 39.23 / P 0.05), while that of Han nationality students was higher than that of other minority nationality students. There was significant difference in the knowledge of AIDS prevention and control among students of different genders (蠂 ~ 2 = 6.31, P 0.05), which was slightly higher in boys than in girls. The average age of the first sexual intercourse was 16 鹵0.42 years old, and that of the students with drug abuse was 0.08%. The positive rate of syphilis was 0.08% and hepatitis C virus positive rate was 0.29%. Conclusion the young students in Tibet have low awareness rate of AIDS knowledge, high risk behavior, syphilis and HCV infection cases, and the risk of HIV infection. It is urgent to strengthen the propaganda and education of AIDS prevention and control knowledge and related behavioral intervention among young students in Tibet.
