【摘要】：目的促進艾滋病確證實驗室提高質(zhì)量管理水平,確保檢測工作質(zhì)量。方法組織并指導全省確證實驗室參加上級實驗室組織的艾滋病能力驗證和室間質(zhì)評活動,促進檢測技術(shù)能力提高;開展現(xiàn)場技術(shù)督導,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,提供針對性建議進行整改;定期對確證實驗室確證陽性樣本抽檢,監(jiān)督確證檢測質(zhì)量;開展確證實驗室職能考核,促進管理水平提高。結(jié)果 2016年11家確證實驗室參加全省艾滋病實驗室室間質(zhì)評和國家疾病預防控制中心艾滋病參比實驗室組織的艾滋病病毒(HIV)血清學能力驗證,8家實驗室參加了CD4+T淋巴細胞檢測能力驗證,3家實驗室參加了HIV-1病毒載量檢測能力驗證,均獲得較好成績;對11家確證實驗室現(xiàn)場技術(shù)督導,在人員、設(shè)施,實驗室質(zhì)量控制,原始記錄檢驗報告和設(shè)備、樣品、資料等管理方面均符合國家相關(guān)要求;對11家確證實驗室確證陽性留樣樣本進行抽檢,全年4次抽檢293例,定性符合率100.0%,條帶符合率95.9%,不符合條帶主要為p17、p55;9家確證實驗室職能考核獲得優(yōu)秀,2家獲得良好。結(jié)論浙江省艾滋病檢測確證實驗室具備較強的艾滋病檢測技術(shù)能力,實驗室質(zhì)量體系運轉(zhuǎn)良好,能夠提供有效的艾滋病檢測服務。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the quality management level of AIDS confirmation laboratory and ensure the quality of testing. Methods to organize and instruct the confirmation laboratories to participate in the activities of AIDS competence verification and laboratory quality assessment organized by superior laboratories, to promote the improvement of testing technical ability, to carry out on-site technical supervision, and to find problems in time. To provide targeted suggestions for rectification; regular identification of positive laboratory samples to monitor the quality of confirmatory testing; to carry out the functional examination of corroboration laboratory to promote the improvement of management level. Results in 2016, 11 confirmatory laboratories participated in the laboratory room quality assessment of AIDS in the province and 8 laboratories participated in the CD4 serological competence verification organized by the AIDS reference laboratory of the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Test of T lymphocyte ability 3 laboratories participated in HIV-1 viral load test. Field technical supervision of 11 confirmed laboratories, in personnel, facilities, laboratory quality control, original records inspection reports and equipment, samples, materials and other aspects of management are in line with the relevant requirements of the country; A total of 293 samples were sampled from 11 confirmed laboratories. The qualitative coincidence rate was 100.00.The band coincidence rate was 95.9. The main nonconformity band was p17 / p559 laboratory functional examination and 2 excellent ones were obtained. Conclusion the laboratory of AIDS testing in Zhejiang Province has strong technical ability of AIDS detection, and the quality system of the laboratory is running well, which can provide effective AIDS testing services.
