【摘要】：目的分析2011—2015年?duì)I口市流感流行特征及流感流行優(yōu)勢(shì)毒株的分布,為控制流感提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)2011—2015年?duì)I口市監(jiān)測(cè)哨點(diǎn)醫(yī)院流感樣病例(influenza like illness,ILI)監(jiān)測(cè)資料、病原學(xué)監(jiān)測(cè)資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果2011—2015年共分離到流感毒株185株,總陽(yáng)性率為4.48%,新甲型H1N1為優(yōu)勢(shì)株,病原學(xué)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果呈現(xiàn)多種流感病毒交替或混合流行的特點(diǎn),分布有明顯的季節(jié)性。對(duì)ILI%與流感毒株檢出率進(jìn)行秩相關(guān)分析,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.174(P0.01),呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論流感流行呈現(xiàn)秋冬季高峰,流行毒株優(yōu)勢(shì)株隨時(shí)間變化而不同,仍需擴(kuò)面加強(qiáng)監(jiān)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of influenza and the distribution of dominant influenza strains in Yingkou City from 2011 to 2015, so as to provide scientific basis for influenza control. Methods the surveillance data and etiological data of influenza like in surveillance sentinel hospital of Yingkou City from 2011 to 2015 were analyzed. Results A total of 185 influenza strains were isolated from 2011 to 2015, with a total positive rate of 4.48. New A (H1N1) was the dominant strain. The results of etiological surveillance showed the characteristics of alternating or mixed epidemic of various influenza viruses, with obvious seasonal distribution. The rank correlation analysis between ILI% and the detection rate of influenza virus strain showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.174% (P 0.01), which was positively correlated. Conclusion the influenza epidemic showed the peak in autumn and winter, and the dominant strains varied with time, so the surveillance should be strengthened.
