【摘要】：目的研究血小板源性生長因子B(PDGF-B)及其受體α(PDGFR-α)mRNA在復(fù)發(fā)性尖銳濕疣皮損中的表達(dá)及意義。方法采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)檢測(cè)復(fù)發(fā)性、未復(fù)發(fā)性尖銳濕疣皮損和正常皮膚中PDGF-B及PDGFR-αmRNA表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果尖銳濕疣復(fù)發(fā)組、未復(fù)發(fā)組的PDGF-B和PDGFR-αmRNA表達(dá)水平均明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);復(fù)發(fā)組PDGF-B和PDGFR-αmRNA表達(dá)水平高于未復(fù)發(fā)組,復(fù)發(fā)組治療前PDGF-B和PDGFR-αmRNA水平高于治療后(P0.01)。結(jié)論 PDGF-B和PDGFR-αmRNA可能與尖銳濕疣的復(fù)發(fā)有一定的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression and significance of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF-B) and its receptor 偽 -PDGFR- 偽 in recurrent condyloma acuminatum. Methods the expression levels of PDGF-B and PDGFR- 偽 mRNA in recurrent and non-recurrent condyloma acuminatum skin lesions and normal skin were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Results the expression levels of PDGF-B and PDGFR- 偽 mRNA in recurrent condyloma acuminatum group and non-recurrence group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.05), the expression levels of PDGF-B and PDGFR- 偽 mRNA in recurrent group were higher than those in non-recurrence group, and the levels of PDGF-B and PDGFR- 偽 mRNA in recurrent group were higher than those in post-treatment group (P 0.01). Conclusion PDGF-B and PDGFR- 偽 mRNA may be related to the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.
