【摘要】：目的了解甘肅省高中學(xué)校結(jié)核病防治工作落實(shí)情況,為有效實(shí)施學(xué)校結(jié)核病防控工作提供參考。方法采用調(diào)查表,對(duì)全省各市(州、縣、區(qū))高中學(xué)校、疾控機(jī)構(gòu)、綜合醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、衛(wèi)生、教育行政部門(mén)結(jié)核病防治工作執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果省級(jí)衛(wèi)生行政、教育以及疾控部門(mén)對(duì)學(xué)校結(jié)核病防治的各項(xiàng)政策和措施落實(shí)比較到位;市級(jí)衛(wèi)生行政部門(mén)落實(shí)率最差的工作僅有57.1%的單位完成;縣區(qū)級(jí)衛(wèi)生行政部門(mén)落實(shí)率最差的工作僅有67.4%的單位完成;市級(jí)教育部門(mén)落實(shí)率最差的工作僅有57.1%的單位完成;縣區(qū)級(jí)教育行政部門(mén)落實(shí)率最差的工作僅有51.2%的單位完成;80%以上的疾控部門(mén)落實(shí)了學(xué)校結(jié)核病防治的各項(xiàng)工作;80%以上的綜合醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)落實(shí)了肺結(jié)核患者的報(bào)告、轉(zhuǎn)診等工作;公辦高中類(lèi)學(xué)校校醫(yī)配置率、培訓(xùn)率、新生入學(xué)體檢率多在60%~80%之間;學(xué)生因患結(jié)核病而休、復(fù)學(xué)率在10%~15%之間。結(jié)論甘肅省高中類(lèi)學(xué)校結(jié)核病防治工作整體落實(shí)不夠。需要加強(qiáng)行政、醫(yī)療、疾控等部門(mén)的協(xié)調(diào),加強(qiáng)對(duì)校醫(yī)的設(shè)置和培訓(xùn)及對(duì)學(xué)校結(jié)防工作的督導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the implementation of tuberculosis prevention and control in senior middle schools in Gansu province, and to provide reference for the effective implementation of tuberculosis prevention and control in schools. Methods investigation was carried out on the implementation of tuberculosis prevention and control in senior high schools, disease control institutions, comprehensive medical institutions, public health and educational administrative departments in all cities (states, counties and districts). Results the provincial departments of health administration, education and disease control carried out various policies and measures for the prevention and control of tuberculosis in schools, and only 57.1% of the units with the worst implementation rate of municipal health administrative departments completed the policies and measures for the prevention and control of tuberculosis in schools. Only 67.4% of the units with the worst implementation rate of the county and district health administrative departments and 57.1% of the municipal education departments had the worst implementation rate. Only 51.2% of the units with the worst implementation rate of the county and district education administrative departments had completed more than 80% of the departments of disease control and prevention, and 80% or more of the comprehensive medical institutions had carried out the reports and referrals of tuberculosis patients in more than 80% of the comprehensive medical institutions. The allocation rate of school doctor, the training rate and the examination rate of freshmen in public high school are between 60% and 80%, and the rate of returning to school is between 10% and 15% because of tuberculosis. Conclusion the overall implementation of tuberculosis prevention and control in senior middle schools in Gansu Province is not enough. It is necessary to strengthen the coordination of administrative, medical and disease control departments, to strengthen the establishment and training of school doctors and to supervise the work of school prevention and control.
