【摘要】：目的了解杭州市男男性行為人群(MSM)的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染現(xiàn)況及其影響因素。方法采用同伴推動抽樣法抽取杭州市MSM,用標準化問卷收集MSM的社會人口學、性行為特征和性伴網(wǎng)絡、抑郁癥狀、生活習慣和社會文化特征、檢測史等信息,并采集血液樣本進行HIV和梅毒的血清學檢測。采用RDSAT軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行權重處理,并用SPSS軟件進行單因素和多因素分析,NETDRAW軟件作網(wǎng)絡招募圖。結果共招募511名MSM,調整后的HIV和現(xiàn)癥梅毒感染率分別為8.5%[95%可信區(qū)間(CI):5.3%~12.2%]和8.8%(95%CI:3.6%~14.2%)。多因素分析顯示:杭州MSM的HIV感染與較低的文化程度[比值比(OR):4.288,95%CI:1.439~12.783]、最近6個月口交人數(shù)較多(OR:3.716,95%CI:1.292~10.685)、吸煙史(OR:2.222,95%CI:1.049~4.706)、自我評估可能感染HIV(OR:4.018,95%CI:1.311~12.313)和很可能感染(OR:7.966,95%CI:1.724~36.814),以及現(xiàn)癥梅毒陽性(OR:8.056,95%CI:3.118~20.820)等有關。結論杭州市MSM的HIV感染水平較高,需加強對低文化程度、口交人數(shù)較多、吸煙、自我評估可能感染HIV,以及現(xiàn)癥梅毒陽性者的HIV干預力度,心理支持應作為HIV干預的重要組成部分。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and risk factors of HIV / AIDS infection among MSM in Hangzhou. Methods Peer-driven sampling was used to collect social demography, sexual behavior and sexual partner network, depression symptoms, life habits, social and cultural characteristics and history of MSM. Blood samples were collected for serological examination of HIV and syphilis. RDSAT software is used to deal with the weight of data, and SPSS software is used to carry out single factor and multi-factor analysis. Results A total of 511 MSMs were recruited.
