【摘要】：十年前國(guó)家“四免一關(guān)懷”政策推出以來,檢測(cè)率和陽性發(fā)現(xiàn)率逐漸上升的同時(shí),陽性流失率也一直維持在一個(gè)高水平上,給社會(huì)、艾滋防治工作、感染者個(gè)人都埋下了巨大的隱患。盡管各地都想方設(shè)法應(yīng)對(duì),但收效甚微。筆者從提供社會(huì)工作專業(yè)服務(wù)的角度出發(fā),在兩整年的實(shí)習(xí)和工作中,與機(jī)構(gòu)的伙伴對(duì)24位VCT初篩陽性服務(wù)對(duì)象進(jìn)行了轉(zhuǎn)介并繼續(xù)跟進(jìn)至少一個(gè)月的“全程陪同”服務(wù),無一人流失。文章中使用評(píng)價(jià)研究的方法論對(duì)此名為“全程陪同”的社會(huì)工作服務(wù)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究,以證明使用其降低初篩陽性流失率的有效性和可行性,并探討其潛力和發(fā)展的空間以及局限。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of the National "four Free and one Care" policy ten years ago, while the detection rate and the positive detection rate have gradually increased, the positive wastage rate has also been maintained at a high level, giving the society, AIDS prevention and control work. Infected individuals have buried huge hidden dangers. All over the world, though, little has been done to deal with it. From the point of view of providing professional services for social work, the author, during two full years of practice and work, referred 24 VCT positive service subjects to their partners and continued to follow up with them for at least one month's "full escort" service. No one is lost. In this paper, the methodology of evaluation research was used to evaluate and study the social work service called "whole process escort" in order to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of using it to reduce the positive loss rate of primary screening. And discusses its potential and the development space as well as the limitation.
