【摘要】：目的通過了解醫(yī)學(xué)生對(duì)艾滋病的認(rèn)知及對(duì)艾滋病患者的態(tài)度,探討艾滋病防治中的反歧視問題。方法采用分層整群抽樣的方法,于2014年4月至6月,對(duì)西安地區(qū)2所醫(yī)學(xué)院校1352名醫(yī)學(xué)生進(jìn)行匿名式自填問卷調(diào)查,資料整理錄入后,采用SPSS19.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果受訪醫(yī)學(xué)生對(duì)艾滋病三大傳播途徑的知曉率均高于95%;對(duì)非傳播途徑知曉率則偏低;在提供醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)的意愿方面,68.9%的受訪醫(yī)學(xué)生害怕以后工作中接觸艾滋病患者,60.1%的人不愿去有艾滋病患者的科室工作,38.7%的人不愿意從事與艾滋病防治相關(guān)工作,33.6%的人認(rèn)為艾滋病患者應(yīng)實(shí)施隔離治療。結(jié)論醫(yī)學(xué)生對(duì)艾滋病患者的歧視態(tài)度較明顯,對(duì)艾滋病相關(guān)認(rèn)知的欠缺和恐懼是導(dǎo)致歧視的一個(gè)重要原因,醫(yī)學(xué)生在校期間的艾滋病防治及反歧視相關(guān)教育亟待加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the problem of anti-discrimination in the prevention and treatment of AIDS by understanding the cognition of AIDS and attitude towards AIDS patients. Methods from April to June 2014, 1352 medical students from 2 medical colleges in Xi'an were investigated by anonymous self-filling questionnaire. The data were collected and analyzed by SPSS19.0. Results the awareness rate of the three major transmission routes of AIDS among the medical students was higher than that of 95%, while the awareness rate on the non-transmission route was low. In terms of willingness to provide health care services, 68.9% of the medical students surveyed were afraid of contact with AIDS patients in future work. 60.1% did not want to work in departments with AIDS patients. 38.7% did not want to engage in work related to the prevention and treatment of AIDS. 33. 6% of the people thought that AIDS patients should be treated in isolation. Conclusion the discriminatory attitude of medical students towards AIDS patients is obvious, and the lack of awareness and fear of AIDS is one of the important reasons leading to discrimination. The prevention and treatment of AIDS and the education against discrimination among medical students in school should be strengthened urgently.
