【摘要】：目的了解廣東省性病就診者發(fā)生付費(fèi)性行為情況并探討其影響因素。方法 2016年7~12月在東莞和中山共7家醫(yī)院招募性病就診者,收集一般人口學(xué)特征、性行為史及付費(fèi)性行為情況,性病實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)等信息,并采用非條件Logistic回歸模型分析付費(fèi)性行為的影響因素。結(jié)果 1 976名性病就診者中,有付費(fèi)性行為者259人(13.1%),男性中該比例高于女性(X~2=129.173,P0.001)。有付費(fèi)性行為的人群中,最近一次性行為安全套使用、就診時(shí)分別和同時(shí)檢測(cè)人類(lèi)免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)和梅毒抗體的比例、HIV感染率均高于無(wú)付費(fèi)性行為人群(均有P0.05)。多因素Logistic回歸顯示,性別、月收入、居住狀態(tài)、既往性病史與付費(fèi)性行為事件的發(fā)生存在關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)論廣東省性病就診者付費(fèi)性行為的比例較高。月收入低于3 000元、獨(dú)居、既往無(wú)性病的男性可能更容易發(fā)生付費(fèi)性行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of paid sex among STD patients in Guangdong Province and its influencing factors. Methods STD patients were recruited from 7 hospitals in Dongguan and Zhongshan from July to December 2016 to collect information on general demographic characteristics, sexual history, paid sexual behavior, STD laboratory tests, and so on. Non-conditional Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of paying sex behavior. Results among the 1 976 STD patients, 259 had paid sex, which was higher in males than in females. The rates of HIV infection and syphilis antibody were significantly higher in those who had paid sex than those who did not pay for condom use, HIV detection and HIV detection at the time of visit (P 0.05). The prevalence of HIV infection was significantly higher than that of non-paid sex users (P0.05%, P < 0.05), and the prevalence of syphilis antibody was higher than that of non-paid sex users (P 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression showed that sex, monthly income, living status, past sexual history were associated with the occurrence of paid sexual events. Conclusion the rate of paying sex among STD patients in Guangdong Province is higher. Men who earn less than 3,000 yuan a month and live alone may be more likely to have paid sex without sexually transmitted diseases.
