【摘要】：研究目的 了解我國艾滋病相關的科學數(shù)據(jù)資源(艾滋病相關業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)、科技成果、基金項目以及科學文獻)的現(xiàn)狀,構建艾滋病主題數(shù)據(jù)庫框架。 研究方法 本研究采用間接調(diào)查的方法對1983年至2011年的艾滋病相關的科學數(shù)據(jù)資源(包括業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)、科技成果、基金項目以及科技文獻等)進行檢索,利用文獻計量分析法和信息資源規(guī)劃法對數(shù)據(jù)資源進行規(guī)劃和分類,在此基礎上設計艾滋病主題數(shù)據(jù)庫框架,為人口與健康科學數(shù)據(jù)管理和共享工程資源組織者的艾滋病信息采集工作提供指導。 研究結(jié)果 1.共查找到艾滋病相關的業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)庫6個,并檢索到艾滋病相關科技成果1050項(1988年—2010年)、中文科技文獻66939項(1983年—2011年)、英文科技文獻10389項(1983年—2011年)、科研基金項目357項(1999年—2011年)。 2.各個數(shù)據(jù)庫資源文獻計量分析主要結(jié)果如下：(1)艾滋病相關業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)庫主要由中國疾病預防控制中心性病艾滋病中心管理,內(nèi)容集中在高危人群感染率的監(jiān)測、高危行為干預、美沙酮維持治療以及抗病毒治療情況等方面。(2)艾滋病領域相關科技成果主要集中在2000年至2010年,共992項,占94.4%；獲得科技成果最多的單位為高等院校,共407項(39%)；科技成果完成人的合作網(wǎng)絡呈小規(guī)模聚集狀；艾滋病相關科技成果集中在以下領域：艾滋病基礎研究集中在診斷試劑盒的研制、基因工程疫苗、免疫佐劑、抗體等方面；艾滋病臨床方面,包括基因診斷、藥物、鑒別診斷及結(jié)核病、性病等共感染疾病的研究；艾滋病的預防和控制,包括女性、大學生、吸毒人群等高危人群的流行病學研究、艾滋病的防治、干預模式如行為干預、健康教育等方面研究；艾滋病藥學方面,集中在基因工程藥、抗病毒藥、抗病毒藥的生產(chǎn)制作工藝、產(chǎn)業(yè)化、合成以及劑型的研究方面；中醫(yī)中藥方面,包括中藥有效成分的提取、藥物的合成等。(3)艾滋病領域基金項目信息共357項,其中1999年到2011年12年間艾滋病領域共獲國家自然科學基金333項；2001年—2011年間獲國家重大基礎研究計劃資助11項,十五、十一五國家科技支撐計劃13項。國家自然科學基金對艾滋病領域的資助力度不斷加大,資助格局突出基礎醫(yī)學,資助領域集中在艾滋病病毒變異、免疫機制、艾滋病毒疫苗研究等方面。(4)艾滋病領域相關的科技文獻數(shù)量從1983年到2011年呈逐年上升趨勢。中國疾病預防控制中心發(fā)表的中文科技文獻最多,且與各地區(qū)的疾病預防控制中心合作最顯著。我國科研機構與美國合作最多,其次為澳大利亞、瑞士、日本和印度。聚類分析結(jié)果顯示,科技文獻內(nèi)容囊括了艾滋病基礎、臨床、預防控制、藥學和中醫(yī)中藥學等各方面。艾滋病基礎研究領域主要包括艾滋病病毒的生活周期、基因結(jié)構、致病機理、艾滋病病毒疫苗等；臨床研究主要包括艾滋病合并感染的性病、結(jié)核、腫瘤以及機會性感染等疾病及其臨床特點、診斷、治療、不良反應、護理、臨床分析等方面；預防與公共衛(wèi)生研究包括艾滋病的干預、評價、監(jiān)測、調(diào)查、督導與評估、檢測與咨詢、實驗室管理、報告等方面；艾滋病藥學研究體現(xiàn)在抗病毒藥物設計、藥物研發(fā)、藥物選擇、藥物濫用、耐藥性等方面；而中醫(yī)中藥學研究包括中藥配方、中藥藥理、中藥長期干預、中藥療效以及中醫(yī)治療等方面。 3.基于文獻計量分析中關鍵詞共詞聚類分析結(jié)果、突變詞監(jiān)測分析結(jié)果以及基金項目、科研成果、文獻綜述、網(wǎng)站和書籍目錄,對艾滋病領域資源進行規(guī)劃,并建立包括基礎研究、臨床研究、預防與公共衛(wèi)生研究、藥學研究和中醫(yī)中藥學研究5個一級目錄,艾滋病病毒的生活周期、基因結(jié)構、致病機理、艾滋病病毒疫苗、艾滋病合并感染的性病、結(jié)核、腫瘤以及機會性感染等疾病及其臨床特點、診斷、治療、不良反應、護理、臨床分析、艾滋病的干預、評價、監(jiān)測、調(diào)查、督導與評估、檢測與咨詢、實驗室管理、報告、抗病毒藥物設計、藥物研發(fā)、藥物選擇、藥物濫用、耐藥性、中藥配方、中藥藥理、中藥長期干預、中藥療效以及中醫(yī)治療38個二級目錄,以及病毒基因結(jié)果及主要功能研究、艾滋干預策略、抗原抗體檢測、HIV-1膜融合抑制劑及中草藥治療等147個三級目錄的艾滋病主題數(shù)據(jù)庫框架。 研究結(jié)論 1.中國疾病預防控制中心性病艾滋病中心集中掌握艾滋病領域的業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)。 2.科技成果、基金數(shù)據(jù)和科技文獻計量分析數(shù)據(jù)顯示我國艾滋病領域信息量大,信息持有者眾多,研究內(nèi)容包括在基礎醫(yī)學、臨床醫(yī)學、預防與公共衛(wèi)生學、藥學和中醫(yī)中藥學等方面。 3.艾滋病主題數(shù)據(jù)庫框架的設計是以艾滋病領域的業(yè)務活動為導向,采用信息資源規(guī)劃法和文獻綜述法,構建包括基礎醫(yī)學、臨床醫(yī)學、預防與公共衛(wèi)生學、藥學和中醫(yī)中藥學在內(nèi)的共5個一級、38個二級、147個三級目錄的主題數(shù)據(jù)庫框架。但仍需請包括艾滋病基礎醫(yī)學、臨床醫(yī)學、預防控制與公共衛(wèi)生學、藥學和中醫(yī)中藥學領域?qū)＜覍蚣苓M一步評估,并與資源擁有者聯(lián)系,嘗試對框架進行資源填充,并在此基礎上對框架進一步修改,使目前已有的艾滋病相關資源物盡其用。
[Abstract]:Purpose of study

To understand the current situation of AIDS - related scientific data resources ( AIDS - related business data , science and technology achievements , fund projects and scientific literature ) , and construct the framework of AIDS theme database .

Research Methods

This research adopts indirect survey method to search AIDS - related scientific data resources ( including business data , science and technology achievements , fund projects and scientific literature , etc . ) from 1983 to 2011 . The data resources are planned and classified by means of literature measurement analysis method and information resource planning method . Based on this , the framework of AIDS theme database is designed to provide guidance for AIDS information collection work of population and health science data management and shared engineering resource organizers .

Results of the study

1 . There are 6 business databases related to AIDS and 1,050 scientific and technological achievements related to AIDS ( 1988 - 2010 ) , 66939 in Chinese scientific and technological documents ( 1983 - 2011 ) , 10389 of English scientific and technical documents ( 1983 - 2011 ) , 357 ( 1999 - 2011 ) .

2 . The main results are as follows : ( 1 ) AIDS - related business database is mainly managed by the STD / AIDS Center of China Centers for Disease Control and Prevention , the content is concentrated in the surveillance of the infection rate of high - risk population , the intervention of high - risk behaviors , the maintenance and treatment of Methandione and the treatment of antiviral therapy .
There are 407 ( 39 % ) of the highest scientific and technological achievements in institutions of higher learning ;
The cooperative network of the achievement of the scientific and technological achievements is in a small - scale aggregate form ;
AIDS - related scientific and technological achievements are concentrated in the following areas : AIDS basic research focuses on the development of diagnostic kits , genetic engineering vaccines , immune adjuvants , antibodies and the like ;
The clinical aspects of AIDS include gene diagnosis , medicine , differential diagnosis , tuberculosis and sexually transmitted diseases .
The prevention and control of AIDS , including the epidemiology of high - risk groups such as female , college students , drug users , prevention and control of AIDS , intervention mode , such as behavioral intervention and health education ;
The pharmaceutical aspects of AIDS are concentrated on the research aspects of the production and manufacturing technology , industrialization , synthesis and dosage forms of gene engineering drugs , antiviral drugs and antiviral drugs ;
China ' s traditional Chinese medicine , including the extraction of effective components of Chinese medicine , the synthesis of drugs , etc . ( 3 ) There are 357 projects in the field of AIDS , including 333 from 1999 to 12 years of AIDS in the field of AIDS ;
The number of scientific and technological documents related to AIDS has increased steadily from 1983 to 2011 . The results of the cluster analysis show that the content of science and technology documents in China is the largest in the fields of AIDS virus variation , immune mechanism , HIV vaccine research , etc . The research field of AIDS is mainly composed of AIDS virus , clinical , preventive control , pharmacy and Chinese medicine . The research field of AIDS is mainly including life cycle , gene structure , pathogenesis , HIV vaccine and so on .
The clinical research mainly includes the diseases , clinical characteristics , diagnosis , treatment , adverse reaction , nursing , clinical analysis and so on of STD , tuberculosis , tumor and opportunistic infection .
Prevention and public health research includes intervention , evaluation , monitoring , investigation , supervision and evaluation , detection and consultation , laboratory management , reporting and other aspects of AIDS ;
The pharmaceutical research of AIDS is embodied in the aspects of antiviral drug design , drug R & D , drug selection , drug abuse , drug resistance , etc .
Traditional Chinese medicine studies include traditional Chinese medicine formula , traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology , long - term Chinese medicine intervention , traditional Chinese medicine curative effect and traditional Chinese medicine treatment .

3 . Based on the results of the cluster analysis , the results of the analysis of the mutation words , the research achievements , the literature review , the website and the book catalogue , the resources in the field of AIDS have been planned and established , including basic research , clinical research , prevention and public health , AIDS virus vaccine , HIV infection , disease , tuberculosis , tumor , opportunistic infection , etc . and its clinical characteristics , diagnosis , treatment , adverse reaction , nursing , clinical analysis , AIDS intervention , evaluation , monitoring , investigation , drug abuse , drug resistance , drug R & D , drug selection , drug abuse , drug resistance , drug R & D , drug selection , drug abuse , drug resistance , drug R & D , drug selection , drug abuse , drug resistance , drug R & D , drug selection , drug abuse , drug resistance , HIV - 1 membrane fusion inhibitor and Chinese herbal medicine treatment .

Conclusions of the study

1 . The Center for STD / AIDS in the Center for Disease Prevention and Control of China has concentrated on the business data in the field of AIDS .

2 . The data of scientific and technological achievements , fund data and scientific and technological documents show that the amount of AIDS in China is large and the information holder is numerous . The research contents include the aspects of basic medicine , clinical medicine , prevention and public health , pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine .

3 . The framework of AIDS theme database is designed based on the operational activities in the field of AIDS . It uses the information resource planning method and the literature review method to construct the theme database framework including the basic medicine , clinical medicine , prevention and public health , pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine . However , the framework is further evaluated by experts including the basic medicine of AIDS , clinical medicine , prevention and control and public health , pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine .
