【摘要】：調(diào)查分析萬山區(qū)艾滋病疫情的現(xiàn)狀及原因,為艾滋病防治工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。研究表明,受教育程度、家庭收入水平、是否獲得過正規(guī)的職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)與艾滋病感染顯著相關(guān)。礦產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟倒閉破產(chǎn),農(nóng)村貧困人口和下崗職工就業(yè)機制缺乏,暗娼、吸毒人群干預(yù)困難等進一步惡化了該區(qū)中老年人艾滋病疫情的流行形勢。提出開展艾滋病防治工作的具體措施:第一,加強暗娼、吸毒人群干預(yù)和艾滋病咨詢檢測工作;第二,加強艾滋病高危人群信息統(tǒng)計與跟蹤工作;第三,加強醫(yī)學(xué)冶療與社會人文關(guān)懷協(xié)商共治。
[Abstract]:To investigate and analyze the current situation and causes of HIV / AIDS epidemic in Wanshan District, to provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and treatment. Studies show that education, family income, formal vocational skills training are significantly associated with HIV infection. The bankruptcy of mineral economy, the lack of employment mechanism for poor rural population and laid-off workers, the difficulty of intervention among prostitutes and drug addicts have further aggravated the epidemic situation of AIDS among the middle-aged and the elderly in this area. Specific measures for the prevention and treatment of HIV / AIDS are put forward: first, to strengthen prostitution, drug abuse intervention and AIDS counseling and testing; second, to strengthen the work of information statistics and tracking of people at high risk of HIV / AIDS; and third, to strengthen the work of information statistics and tracking of people at high risk of AIDS. Strengthen medical treatment and social humanistic care consultation and co-treatment.
