【摘要】：目的通過對一種艾滋病病毒(HIV)自助采樣包采集的樣本進行檢測,探討其臨床應用的可行性。方法針對已知感染狀態(tài)的男男性行為者(MSM)、靜脈吸毒者(IDUs)和健康體檢人群,共807人;未知感染狀態(tài)的暗娼283人;由專業(yè)人員分發(fā)并回收HIV的自助采樣包。利用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗對收集的尿液及干血斑樣本進行HIV抗體檢測,并對暗娼進行干血斑核酸檢測,分析不同方法檢測結果的一致性。結果尿液樣本抗體檢測結果與已知感染狀態(tài)比較,健康體檢人群、MSM、IDUs以及總人群的檢測一致率分別為96.55%、98.99%、95.20%、97.03%;干血斑樣本抗體檢測結果與已知感染狀態(tài)比較,健康體檢人群、MSM、IDUs以及總人群的檢測一致率分別為98.47%、100%、98.80%、99.13%。對未知感染狀態(tài)的暗娼,將抗體檢測結果與干血斑核酸檢測結果進行比較,干血斑樣本與尿液樣本的一致率分別為96.82%、97.88%;將干血斑與尿液樣本的抗體檢測結果比較,檢測一致率為96.82%。結論對采用自助采樣包采集的樣本進行檢測,發(fā)現(xiàn)具有較高的檢測效能,說明自助采樣包采集的樣本,不僅適用于高危人群,在自然人群中也有實用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical feasibility of a self-sampling kit of HIV-positive virus (HIV). Methods A total of 807 men who had sex with men with known infection status (IDUs) and healthy people were enrolled in the study. 283 female sex workers with unknown infection status were included in the study. The self-sampling kits of HIV were distributed and recovered by professionals. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) was used to detect HIV antibody in urine and dry blood spot samples, and to detect nucleic acid in dry blood spot of female sex workers, and to analyze the consistency of the results of different methods. Results the results of urine antibody detection were compared with those of known infection status. The consistent detection rates of MSMIDUs and the total population in healthy people were 96.55 and 98.9999 and 95.2097.03, respectively, and the results of antibody detection in dry blood spot samples were compared with those of known infection status. The consistency rates of MSMN IDUs and the total population were 98.470.100 and 98.800.99.13, respectively. The results of antibody detection were compared with the results of nucleic acid detection in dry blood spots. The consistent rates of dry blood spot samples and urine samples were 96.82 ~ 97.88, and the results of antibody detection of dry blood spots and urine samples were 96.82 ~ (2) and 96.82% respectively. Conclusion it is found that the sample collected by self-help sampling bag has higher detection efficiency, which indicates that the sample collected by self-help sampling bag is not only suitable for high risk population, but also has practical value in natural population.
