【摘要】：正自1921年以來在我國福建出現(xiàn)首例肝片形吸蟲病以來,我國明確被診斷為該類疾病的病例只有50余例,并且在這些病例中只有少數(shù)記載是為肝巨片吸蟲感染。本文通過收集30例肝巨片吸蟲病患者的完整臨床資料,分析其臨床、病理和影像學表現(xiàn)特點及其診斷價值,以提高臨床醫(yī)生對此病的了解與認識。
[Abstract]:Since the first case of clonorchiasis occurred in Fujian since 1921, only 50 cases have been clearly diagnosed in China, and only a few of these cases have been recorded as paragonimiasis. By collecting the complete clinical data of 30 patients with paragonimiasis of the liver, the clinical, pathological and imaging features of the patients and their diagnostic value were analyzed in order to improve the understanding and understanding of the disease among clinicians.
