【摘要】：目的通過對布魯菌病的流行特點(diǎn)及臨床特征的分析研究,總結(jié)其流行特點(diǎn),為布魯菌病的科學(xué)防治提供理論依據(jù)。方法對包頭市疾控中心布病門診2012年1月至2015年12月確診的166例布魯菌病患者的流行病學(xué)及臨床特征資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析,運(yùn)用相應(yīng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法分析處理。結(jié)果在166例布魯菌病患者中男女比例為4.03:1,41~60歲的中年人發(fā)病率最高,發(fā)病高峰期出現(xiàn)在3~8月,從事養(yǎng)殖的農(nóng)民是主要的感染者�；颊吲R床特征表現(xiàn)為發(fā)熱、多汗、乏力、關(guān)節(jié)痛、肌肉痛、頭痛、腰痛等。結(jié)論布病的發(fā)生流行存在明顯的季節(jié)、性別和年齡上的差異,患者的臨床特征復(fù)雜多樣,因此充分了解其流行病學(xué)特征和臨床體征,有針對性的給出防治意見,可以有效的控制疫情的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the epidemic characteristics of brucellosis and to provide theoretical basis for scientific prevention and treatment of brucellosis by analyzing the epidemic and clinical characteristics of brucellosis. Methods the epidemiological and clinical data of 166 patients with brucellosis diagnosed from January 2012 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results among 166 cases of brucellosis, the male / female ratio of 4.03: 41 to 60 years old was the highest, and the peak of the disease occurred from March to August. Farmers engaged in farming were the main infected persons. The clinical features of the patients are fever, sweating, fatigue, joint pain, muscle pain, headache, low back pain and so on. Conclusion there are obvious seasonal, sex and age differences in the occurrence and prevalence of brucellosis, and the clinical characteristics of the patients are complex and diverse. Therefore, the epidemiological characteristics and clinical signs of the patients are fully understood, and the prevention and treatment suggestions are given. Can effectively control the outbreak of the outbreak.
