【摘要】：目的探討呼吸科患者醫(yī)院真菌感染的臨床特征及預(yù)防治療措施,以降低真菌感染率。方法選擇2012年3月-2014年3月260例呼吸科患者為研究對(duì)象,分析真菌感染患者的臨床資料及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查結(jié)果,并對(duì)感染患者真菌分布、基礎(chǔ)疾病及感染相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 260例呼吸科患者發(fā)生真菌感染30例,感染率為11.5%,其中單一感染14例占46.7%,≥2種感染16例占53.3%;共檢出真菌46株,以白色假絲酵母菌、克柔假絲酵母菌、熱帶假絲酵母菌為主,分別占39.2%、21.8%、19.6%;真菌感染患者基礎(chǔ)疾病以呼吸系統(tǒng)及慢性阻塞性肺疾病為主,分別占83.3%、66.7%;患者年齡大、基礎(chǔ)疾病≥2種、接受過化療、ICU住院時(shí)間≥15d、危重癥評(píng)分≥15分、聯(lián)合使用抗菌藥物、營養(yǎng)狀況不良等與真菌感染的發(fā)生相關(guān),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論呼吸科患者醫(yī)院真菌感染率高,病原菌以白色假絲酵母菌多見,基礎(chǔ)疾病以慢性阻塞性肺病為主,應(yīng)盡早采取有針對(duì)性地預(yù)防與控制措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features and preventive measures of nosocomial fungal infection in respiratory department patients, so as to reduce the fungal infection rate. Methods 260 respiratory patients from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected to analyze the clinical data and laboratory results of fungal infection. The distribution of fungi, the underlying diseases and the related factors of infection were statistically analyzed.
