【摘要】：患者女,22歲。外陰反復(fù)疣狀丘疹2年,迅速增多增大半月。4年前妊娠3月時患帶狀皰疹后遺留神經(jīng)痛及瘢痕。外陰見疣狀丘疹、斑塊、腫物,口腔見白色假膜。HIV抗體陽性,CD4~+細(xì)胞138個/μL。診斷:1巨大型尖銳濕疣;2艾滋病;3口腔念珠菌病�；颊甙l(fā)生帶狀皰疹1周后其配偶患水痘,遺留萎縮性瘢痕。HIV抗體陽性,CD4~+細(xì)胞146個/μL。診斷:艾滋病。3歲女兒外陰見疣狀丘疹。HIV抗體陽性,CD4~+細(xì)胞138個/μL。診斷:1尖銳濕疣;2艾滋病。
[Abstract]:The patient was 22 years old. Vulva repeated verrucous papules for 2 years, rapidly increased half a month. 4 years ago pregnancy 3 months after suffering from herpes zoster left neuralgia and scar. Verrucous papules, plaques, masses were seen in vulva and 138 / 渭 L cells were found in oral cavity. Diagnosis of 1 giant condyloma acuminatum 2 / AIDS / 3 oral candidiasis. One week after the onset of herpes zoster, his or her spouse developed varicella and left atrophic scar. HIV antibody positive CD4 ~ cells were 146 / 渭 L. Diagnosis: verrucous papules were found in vulva of 3 years old daughter of AIDS. 138 / 渭 L of CD4 ~ cells were positive for HIV antibody. Diagnosis: 1 Condyloma acuminatum, 2 AIDS.
