【摘要】：本文對2015年版美國肝病研究學會《慢性乙型肝炎治療指南》、亞太肝病研究學會《乙型肝炎管理指南》、中華醫(yī)學會肝病學分會和感染病學分會聯(lián)合發(fā)布的《慢性乙型肝炎防治指南》、世界衛(wèi)生組織首部《慢性乙型肝炎感染患者的預防、護理和治療指南》以及《美國慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染管理的治療流程》的推薦意見要點,包括治療目標、抗病毒治療的適應證、治療藥物推薦、治療終點和療程、治療失敗患者的管理、妊娠期婦女預防母嬰傳播這六個方面進行對比,以供讀者在臨床實踐中參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the American Society for the study of liver Diseases, the Asia-Pacific Society for liver Disease Research, the Chinese Society of Hepatology and the Society of Infectious Diseases, jointly issued the American Society for the study of liver Diseases, the Asia-Pacific Society for Hepatitis Research, and the Society for Hepatology Guidelines for the Prevention and treatment of Hepatitis B. "Prevention of chronic Hepatitis B infection in patients with chronic Hepatitis B," first World Health Organization, The guidelines for Nursing and treatment, and the recommended guidelines for the Management of chronic Hepatitis B virus infection in the United States, including treatment objectives, indications for antiviral treatment, recommendations for treatment drugs, end points and course of treatment, The management of failed patients and the prevention of mother-to-child transmission among pregnant women were compared in order to provide readers with reference in clinical practice.
