【摘要】：目的了解杭州市三大高教園大學(xué)生使用同性社交軟件情況并估計(jì)使用社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)生男男性行為人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)規(guī)模,為開展針對(duì)MSM大學(xué)生的艾滋病防控工作提供依據(jù)。方法 2017年4月15日,選取杭州市濱江、下沙、小和山三大高教園區(qū)合適的地點(diǎn),分3組開展調(diào)研,并對(duì)登陸同性社交軟件的男同性戀大學(xué)生開展計(jì)數(shù),7 d以后重復(fù)此過程,通過對(duì)比個(gè)人信息,確定2次計(jì)數(shù)均被計(jì)入的調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用捕獲—再捕獲法計(jì)算使用社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)生MSM人群規(guī)模。結(jié)果杭州市使用社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)生MSM人群規(guī)模約為2 636人(95%CI=2 522~2 750),平均年齡為(20.75±2.00)歲,平均體重為(63.58±11.82)kg,平均身高為(175.86±8.89)cm。在性角色分類中,插入和被插入均可的有400人(21.11%),被插入方405人(21.39%),插入方280人(14.78%),保密或未填809人(42.72%)。結(jié)論同性社交軟件為應(yīng)用捕獲—再捕獲方法估計(jì)男同性戀學(xué)生人群基數(shù)提供了新手段,也為高校開展對(duì)男同性戀青年學(xué)生的宣教工作提供了載體。新媒體技術(shù)在高校艾滋病防控工作中的作用值得深入研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the use of same-sex social software for college students in three colleges in Hangzhou and estimate the scale of men who have sex with men in order to provide the basis for AIDS prevention and control for MSM college students. Methods on April 15, 2017, selected suitable sites for the three major higher education parks of Binjiang, Xiasha and Xiaoheshan in Hangzhou, were divided into three groups to carry out the investigation, and repeated the process after 7 days of counting gay college students who entered the same sex social software. By comparing personal information, the subjects who were counted twice were determined, and the MSM population size of students using social network was calculated by the method of capture and recapture. Results the MSM population size of students using social network in Hangzhou was about 2 636. The average age was 20.75 鹵2.00 years old, the average body weight was 63.58 鹵11.82 kg, and the average height was 175.86 鹵8.89 cm. In the classification of sex roles, 400 persons can be inserted or inserted, 405 are inserted, 280 are inserted, and 809 are kept secret or unfilled. Conclusion the same sex social software provides a new method for estimating the population base of gay students by using capture-recapture method and also provides a carrier for the educational work of young male gay students in colleges and universities. The role of new media technology in the prevention and control of AIDS in colleges and universities is worthy of further study.
