【摘要】：目的 :觀察侵襲性肺曲霉菌(Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis,IPA)感染患者CT影像學特征與肺泡灌洗液半乳甘露聚糖(Galactomannan,GM)實驗陽性率之間的關系。方法:納入120例確診IPA感染患者,單因素Logistic回歸分析CT侵犯肺葉數(shù)、空氣新月征、暈輪征與肺泡灌洗液GM的關系。結(jié)果:IPA感染患者CT侵犯肺葉數(shù)、暈輪征與肺泡灌洗液GM實驗陽性率顯著相關。結(jié)論:CT影像學特征與肺泡灌洗液GM實驗陽性率顯著相關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between CT imaging features and the positive rate of Galactomannanus galactomannanus in alveolar lavage fluid (alveolar lavage fluid) in patients with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) infection. Methods: one hundred and twenty patients with IPA infection were included in this study. Single factor Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between CT invading lobes, air crescent sign, halo sign and alveolar lavage fluid GM. Results the number of lobes invaded by CT and halo sign were significantly correlated with the positive rate of GM test in alveolar lavage fluid. Conclusion the imaging features of 10% CT were significantly correlated with the positive rate of GM test in alveolar lavage fluid.
