【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,51歲。排尿隱痛5d。5d前出現(xiàn)排尿隱痛,未予重視;3d前上述癥狀加重,同時發(fā)現(xiàn)尿道外口下方有一針尖大小的小孔,有黃白色膿性分泌物自小孔溢出。患者否認(rèn)近期有非婚性生活史,否認(rèn)既往反復(fù)尿道感染史。系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常,右側(cè)腹股溝淋巴結(jié)腫大。皮膚科情況:尿道內(nèi)未見分泌物,尿道外口6點(diǎn)鐘方向有一針尖大小孔,擠壓后有黃白色膿性分泌
[Abstract]:The male patient was 51 years old. Voiding pain occurred before 5d.5d, and the above symptoms were aggravated 3 days before 5d.5d. At the same time, there was a pinnacle-sized pore under the external urethral orifice, and a yellowish-white purulent secretion was found to overflow from the orifice. The patient denied recent history of non-marital sexual life and history of recurrent urethral infection. No abnormality was found in the system and the right inguinal lymph node was enlarged. Dermatology: no secretion was found in the urethra. There was a big pinhole in the external urethral orifice at 6 o'clock, and there was yellow and white purulent secretion after extrusion.
