【摘要】：目的分析蕭山區(qū)消除瘧疾行動(dòng)啟動(dòng)前后5年瘧疾流行特征,評(píng)價(jià)消除瘧疾行動(dòng)效果。方法利用"中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制中心疾病監(jiān)測(cè)信息報(bào)告管理系統(tǒng)"以及2005—2014年瘧疾疫情調(diào)查資料,用Excel 2003進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2005—2014年蕭山區(qū)共監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告瘧疾65例,年報(bào)告發(fā)病率在0.09/10萬(wàn)~0.59/10萬(wàn)之間。其中2005—2009年間日瘧占85.00%,惡性瘧占10.00%;2010—2014年間日瘧占48.00%,惡性瘧占52.00%。患者以青壯年為主,外來(lái)民工仍是蕭山區(qū)瘧疾疫情的重點(diǎn)人群。這10年中,感染來(lái)源已從外省感染為主轉(zhuǎn)為境外感染為主。結(jié)論蕭山區(qū)瘧疾疫情繼續(xù)保持在較低發(fā)病率水平,建議加強(qiáng)出入境人員的監(jiān)測(cè)和宣傳教育,以及對(duì)輸入性疫情的管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of malaria in Xiaoshan District before and after the start of anti-malaria action, and to evaluate the effect of anti-malaria action. Methods Excel 2003 was used to analyze the data of malaria epidemic situation from 2005 to 2014 by using the Disease Surveillance Information report Management system of China Center for Disease Prevention and Control and the data from 2005 to 2014. Results A total of 65 malaria cases were reported in Xiaoshan District from 2005 to 2014, and the annual reported incidence was between 0.09% ~ 0.59%. Vivax malaria accounted for 85.00% in 2005-2009, falciparum malaria accounted for 10.00%, vivax malaria 48.00% and falciparum malaria 52.00% in 2010-2014. Most of the patients were young and middle-aged, and migrant workers were still the key population of malaria epidemic in Xiaoshan District. In the past 10 years, the source of infection has changed from provincial infection to foreign infection. Conclusion the malaria epidemic situation in Xiaoshan District remains at a low incidence level. It is suggested to strengthen the surveillance, publicity and education of the entry-exit personnel, as well as the management of the imported epidemic situation.
