【摘要】：目的觀察實施手衛(wèi)生干預(yù)措施對急診重癥監(jiān)護室(EICU)帶狀皰疹合并皮膚感染患者療效的促進作用。方法采用前瞻性調(diào)查和問卷調(diào)查相結(jié)合方式,對某醫(yī)院EICU住院合并皮膚感染帶狀皰疹患者實施手衛(wèi)生干預(yù)措施促進療效的作用進行觀察。結(jié)果經(jīng)對37例住EICU合并皮膚感染的患者實施手衛(wèi)生干預(yù),措施包括由醫(yī)務(wù)人員展開對患者手衛(wèi)生知識教育,教會六步洗手法,告知洗手的時機,要求嚴格執(zhí)行洗手依從性。結(jié)果觀察組37例感染患者住院期間治愈率達到93%。沒有實施手衛(wèi)生干預(yù)措施的對照組37例合并皮膚感染患者,住院期間治愈率為67.6%。兩組臨床治愈率比較,差異具有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論該醫(yī)院EICU住院合并皮膚感染帶狀皰疹的患者實施手衛(wèi)生干預(yù)措施,明顯降低了新的感染,促進了感染愈合的作用,效果明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of hand hygiene intervention on herpes zoster complicated with skin infection in emergency intensive care unit. Methods prospective investigation and questionnaire survey were used to observe the effect of hand hygiene intervention on the curative effect of EICU patients with herpes zoster. Results after hand hygiene intervention was carried out in 37 patients with EICU and skin infection, the measures included educating medical staff on hand hygiene knowledge, teaching six steps to wash hands, informing the timing of hand washing and demanding strict compliance of hand washing. Results the cure rate of 37 infection patients in the observation group was 933. The cure rate of 37 patients with skin infection in the control group without hand hygiene intervention was 67.6. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion the hand hygiene intervention in EICU patients with herpes zoster infection can obviously reduce the new infection and promote the healing of infection.
