【摘要】：正近年來(lái),大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類(lèi)抗菌藥物開(kāi)發(fā)出一些新品種,其抗菌活性強(qiáng),組織、細(xì)胞內(nèi)濃度高且半衰期長(zhǎng),并具有良好的抗菌藥物后效應(yīng),對(duì)臨床常見(jiàn)的革蘭陽(yáng)性球菌、革蘭陰性球菌、部分革蘭陰性桿菌有較好的效果,對(duì)非典型致病菌(軍團(tuán)菌、肺炎支原體、衣原體)等亦具有良好的療效,已成為臨床上治療感染性疾病不可或缺的藥物。阿奇霉素屬于大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類(lèi)抗菌藥物,在臨床上應(yīng)用十分廣泛,為指導(dǎo)臨床安全、有效、經(jīng)濟(jì)地使用阿奇霉素,本文查閱了近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)阿奇霉素合理使用相關(guān)文
[Abstract]:In recent years, some new antimicrobial agents of macrolides have been developed. They have strong antibacterial activity, high tissue, high intracellular concentration and long half-life, and have good post-antimicrobial effect on gram-positive cocci. Gram-negative cocci and some gram-negative bacilli have a good effect on atypical pathogenic bacteria (Legionella pneumoniae chlamydia) and have become an indispensable drug in the treatment of infectious diseases. Azithromycin belongs to macrolide antibiotics and is widely used in clinic. In order to guide the safe, effective and economical use of azithromycin in clinic, this article has consulted the relevant articles on the rational use of azithromycin in China in recent years.
