【摘要】：目的 :探討聯(lián)合應(yīng)用利福噴丁與對(duì)氨基水楊酸異煙肼治療難治性肺結(jié)核的臨床療效。方法 :選取難治性肺結(jié)核患者86例,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組各43例。試驗(yàn)組患者給予利福噴丁與對(duì)氨基水楊酸異煙肼聯(lián)合治療,對(duì)照組患者給予鏈霉素、異煙肼和利福平三藥聯(lián)合治療,觀察兩組患者臨床治療效果和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 :試驗(yàn)組患者療后總有效率高達(dá)97.7%,顯著高于對(duì)照組患者,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為18.6%,顯著低于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論 :聯(lián)合應(yīng)用利福噴丁與對(duì)氨基水楊酸異煙肼治療難治性肺結(jié)核,治療效果好,安全性高,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of rifampicin combined with p-aminosalicylic isoniazid in the treatment of refractory pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: 86 patients with refractory pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 43 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group were treated with rifampicin and isoniazid aminosalicylate, while the patients in the control group were treated with streptomycin, isoniazid and rifampicin. Results: the total effective rate of the patients in the trial group was as high as 97.7g, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 18.6, which was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: the combination of rifapentine and p-aminosalicylate isoniazid in the treatment of refractory pulmonary tuberculosis is effective and safe and worthy of clinical popularization.
