【摘要】：目的探討尿道內(nèi)尖銳濕疣患者行光動力治療前口服布洛芬緩釋膠囊對治療疼痛的緩解作用。方法 153例尿道內(nèi)尖銳濕疣患者隨機分為觀察組78例和對照組75例,2組均給予5-鹽酸氨酮戊酸-光動力療法(5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)治療,每次照射20 min,每7~10d重復(fù)1次,共治療3次;觀察組在每次ALA-PDT治療前30min口服布洛芬緩釋膠囊0.3g。分別于光照5min及治療完成后30 min行線性視覺模擬評分(visual analog scale,VAS);于治療完成后2周評估疣體完全清除率,6個月評估復(fù)發(fā)率,并進行比較。結(jié)果觀察組、對照組疣體完全清除率分別為85.9%和84.0%,復(fù)發(fā)率分別為14.9%和12.5%,2組比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療5min及治療完成后30min觀察組VAS評分(4.55±1.07、2.09±0.74)均低于對照組(5.57±1.08、3.32±0.97),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論尿道內(nèi)尖銳濕疣患者行ALA-PDT治療前30min口服布洛芬緩釋膠囊可緩解ALA-PDT治療疼痛,且不影響治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the analgesic effect of ibuprofen sustained release capsule before photodynamic therapy in patients with condyloma acuminatum in urethra. Methods 153 patients with condyloma acuminatum in urethra were randomly divided into observation group (n = 78) and control group (n = 75). All patients were treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapeutics (5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapeutic ALA-PDT). In the observation group, 30min was orally administered with ibuprofen sustained release capsule 0.3 g before each ALA-PDT treatment. The linear visual analogue score (LVAS) and the complete clearance rate of warts were evaluated 2 weeks after treatment and 30 min after treatment, respectively, and the recurrence rate was evaluated at 6 months and compared. Results in the observation group, the complete clearance rate of warts in the control group was 85.9% and 84.0%, the recurrence rate was 14.9% and 12.5U, respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), and the VAS score of the 30min observation group was 4.55 鹵1.07 鹵2.09 鹵0.74, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (5.57 鹵1.083.32 鹵0.997). Conclusion Ibuprofen sustained release capsule (Ibuprofen) orally administered to patients with condyloma acuminatum in urethra before ALA-PDT treatment can relieve pain of ALA-PDT and does not affect the therapeutic effect.
