【摘要】：目的通過追蹤分析化學(xué)發(fā)光在低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)人群HCV感染確證中的應(yīng)用。方法收集102例ELISA1抗-HCV反應(yīng)性獻(xiàn)血者及5例追蹤血液樣本、100例多次獻(xiàn)血者陰性對照樣本,補(bǔ)充另一種酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA2)、重組免疫印跡試驗(yàn)(WB)、化學(xué)發(fā)光試驗(yàn)(CMIA)和HCV RNA定性檢測,分析CMIA檢測結(jié)果與HCV感染確證的關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)果以ELISA2及WB法檢測結(jié)果為參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn),CMIA與參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)結(jié)果高度相關(guān)(Spearman相關(guān)系數(shù)rs=0.866,P0.01),Kappa檢驗(yàn)兩者一致性極強(qiáng)(Kappa=0.857,P0.01)。追蹤5例CMIA與參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不一致樣本,5例ELISA2、WB、HCV RNA均為陰性,2例CMIA陽性,3例ELISA1陽性。結(jié)論 CMIA可以較好檢出低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)人群確證HCV感染樣本,但也存在一些假陽性。
[Abstract]:Objective to trace the application of chemiluminescence in the identification of HCV infection in low risk population. Methods 102 cases of ELISA1 anti -HCV reactive blood donors and 5 blood samples were collected, 100 negative control samples of multiple blood donors, another enzyme linked immunosorbent test (ELISA2), recombinant immunoblotting test (WB), chemiluminescence test (CMIA). The correlation between the results of CMIA detection and the confirmation of HCV infection was analyzed with HCV RNA. Results the results of ELISA2 and WB were the reference standard, and CMIA was highly correlated with the results of the reference standard (Spearman correlation coefficient rs=0.866, P0.01), and Kappa test was very consistent (Kappa= 0.857). ELISA2, WB, HCV RNA were all negative, 2 cases of CMIA positive, 3 cases of ELISA1 positive. Conclusion CMIA can be better identified in low risk population to confirm HCV infection samples, but there are some false positive.
