【摘要】：目的了解西藏自治區(qū)拉薩市男男性行為者(MSM)的艾滋病相關(guān)知識及態(tài)度行為方式,為拉薩市疾病預(yù)防控制中心制定防治方針和進(jìn)一步開展健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法于2012—2013年,采用流行病學(xué)橫斷面調(diào)查方法,自填問卷法、面對面訪談方法在同性戀酒吧進(jìn)行調(diào)查;納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為具有男男性行為者并在本地居住≥15 d。應(yīng)用SPSS 19.0軟件對所有數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果回收有效問卷共124份。調(diào)查對象平均年齡(28.8±7.0)歲。受訪者首次性行女性占57%(71/124),最近1次肛交時使用了安全套23.4%(29/124);艾滋病性病知識知曉率均50%;有性病史7.3%(9/124);有與異性結(jié)婚意向87.9%(109/124)。結(jié)論男男不安全性行為在拉薩市中也普遍存在,應(yīng)盡快建立男男性行為者的艾滋病哨點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge and attitude behavior of MSM in Lhasa, Tibet, and to provide evidence for the establishment of prevention and control policy and the further development of health education by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Lhasa.Methods in 2012-2013, the method of epidemiological cross-sectional investigation, self-filling questionnaire and face-to-face interview were used to investigate the gay bar. The inclusion criteria were men who had sex with men and lived in local areas for more than 15 days.All the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results 124 valid questionnaires were collected.The average age of the subjects was 28.8 鹵7.0 years old.For the first time, women accounted for 57.1 / 124% of female sex. During the most recent anal sex, they used a condom 23.442 / 124a; the awareness rate of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases was 50 and 50; the sexual history was 7.33 / 124; and the intention to marry the opposite sex was 87.9 / 124.Conclusion unsafe sex between men and men is also common in Lhasa, so it is necessary to establish AIDS sentinel for men who have sex with men as soon as possible.
