【摘要】：目的分析1949-2014年石家莊市流行性腦脊髓膜炎(流腦)人群死亡的長(zhǎng)期趨勢(shì)。方法從石家莊市疾病預(yù)防控制中心抽取1949-2014年流腦死亡病例信息,定性描述其死亡人群特點(diǎn)、死亡率、病死率變遷,以年度變化百分比(annual percentage change,APC)定量分析其長(zhǎng)期趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果 1949-2014年,石家莊市共報(bào)告流腦死亡病例4 443例,平均年齡8.55歲,男女性別比為1.84∶1,城鄉(xiāng)比23.16∶1,2-4月病例數(shù)占87.51%。人群死亡率最高為341.45/10萬(wàn),部分年份無(wú)死亡病例。死亡率APC為-2.44(t=-10.711,P0.001),其中0~1歲、1~5歲、5~10歲、10~15歲、15-20歲人群死亡率的下降對(duì)全人群死亡率下降的貢獻(xiàn)率分別為244.67%、209.43%、242.62%、195.08%、156.56%。病死率為8.26%,APC為-0.53(t=-3.352,P=0.021),但1980年以后上升,基本每10年1高峰。年齡別病死率呈W狀,0~1歲、15-20歲、≥60歲的最高。結(jié)論 1949-2014年石家莊市流腦死亡率明顯下降,病死率雖有下降,但近年來(lái)回升。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the long-term mortality trend of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis (meningitis) in Shijiazhuang City from 1949 to 2014.Methods from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Shijiazhuang City, the data of cerebrospinal meningitis death cases from 1949 to 2014 were collected and analyzed qualitatively. The changes of mortality, mortality and mortality were described qualitatively, and the long-term trend was quantitatively analyzed by the percentage of annual percentage change in Shijiazhuang.Results from 1949 to 2014, a total of 4,443 cases of meningitis death were reported in Shijiazhuang, with an average age of 8.55 years.
