【摘要】：目的總結(jié)和分析了某綜合醫(yī)院在2016年9-11月發(fā)生的三起醫(yī)務(wù)人員臨床診斷水痘聚集性疫情的臨床特征、流行病學(xué)特征以及醫(yī)院感染控制工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),為臨床診治提供參考依據(jù)。方法參考國家疾病預(yù)防控制信息報告系統(tǒng)資料,通過電話問詢、實(shí)地訪談相關(guān)人員收集數(shù)據(jù),采用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)方法分析12例疫情病例的分布特征及發(fā)病原因和疫情控制要點(diǎn)。結(jié)果醫(yī)院感染可能是三起聚集性醫(yī)務(wù)人員發(fā)生臨床診斷水痘疫情中的兩起疫情的高危因素;根據(jù)水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒的病原學(xué)特點(diǎn)和水痘的臨床特征,強(qiáng)化規(guī)范執(zhí)行預(yù)防和控制水痘在醫(yī)院內(nèi)播散的一攬子應(yīng)急方案;12名曾患水痘的醫(yī)務(wù)人員基本痊愈并重返工作崗位,曾經(jīng)護(hù)理過的患者也都平穩(wěn)度過了醫(yī)學(xué)觀察期,未監(jiān)測到水痘病例。結(jié)論落實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)預(yù)防和空氣隔離及接觸隔離工作制度,同時監(jiān)測醫(yī)務(wù)人員的水痘免疫狀態(tài),可以有效預(yù)防控制水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒的醫(yī)院感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize and analyze the clinical characteristics, epidemiological characteristics, experience and lessons of hospital infection control in three cases of clinical diagnosis of chickenpox in a general hospital from September to November, 2016.To provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods with reference to the national disease prevention and control information reporting system, the data were collected by telephone and field interviews, and the distribution characteristics, the causes and the main points of epidemic control of 12 cases were analyzed by descriptive statistical method.Results Nosocomial infection may be the high risk factor of two outbreaks in three cases of clinical diagnosis of chickenpox by medical personnel, according to the pathogenic characteristics of varicella-zoster virus and the clinical characteristics of varicella.Strengthening and standardizing the implementation of the Emergency Plan for the Prevention and Control of Chickenpox spread in Hospitals 12 medical personnel who have suffered from chickenpox have basically recovered and returned to work, and all the patients who have been cared for have also smoothly passed the period of medical observation.No chickenpox cases were detected.Conclusion to implement the standard prevention, air isolation and contact isolation system, and to monitor the immune status of varicella among medical workers, can effectively prevent and control hospital infection of varicella-herpes zoster virus.
