【摘要】：目的分析2011-2015年新疆生產(chǎn)建設兵團(以下簡稱兵團)肺結(jié)核的流行特征,為兵團的結(jié)核病防控提供對策。方法應用描述流行病學方法對2011-2015年兵團肺結(jié)核疫情資料進行分析。結(jié)果 2011-2015年兵團累計報告肺結(jié)核病例10 258例,平均發(fā)病率為77.30/10萬,5年來肺結(jié)核報告發(fā)病率總體呈下降趨勢(χ2=180.186,P0.001)。兵團14個師及直屬單位2011-2015年5年來肺結(jié)核累計發(fā)病率最高的地區(qū)為三師;歷年各月均有病例發(fā)生,以3-5月報告發(fā)病數(shù)最多;男性報告發(fā)病率和死亡率均高于女性;隨著年齡增加,報告發(fā)病率總體呈上升趨勢(χ2=26 569.415,P0.001);職業(yè)分布主要以離退人員和農(nóng)民為主。結(jié)論兵團肺結(jié)核疫情逐年呈下降趨勢,離退人員、農(nóng)民和老年人為重點人群,南疆第三師為重點地區(qū),今后仍應加大防控力度。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of tuberculosis in Xinjiang production and Construction Corps from 2011 to 2015, and to provide countermeasures for prevention and control of tuberculosis in Xinjiang production and Construction Corps.Methods the epidemiological data of pulmonary tuberculosis from 2011 to 2015 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology.Results from 2011 to 2015, 10 258 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were reported in Bingtuan, and the average incidence rate was 77.30% / 100 000. The reported incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis showed a downward trend in the past five years (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (2) 180.186) (蠂 ~ (2) 180.186) (P 0.001).The highest cumulative incidence of tuberculosis in the past five years in 14 divisions and directly affiliated units of Bingtuan was in the third division; there were cases in every month of the calendar year, with the largest number reported in 3-5 months; the reported morbidity and mortality rate of men were higher than that of women.With the increase of age, the reported incidence rate showed an increasing trend (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (26) 569.415) (P 0.001), and the occupational distribution was mainly among the retired workers and peasants.Conclusion the epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis in the corps is decreasing year by year. In the future, the prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis should be strengthened, especially among the retired personnel, the peasants and the elderly, and the third division in the south of Xinjiang.
