【摘要】：目的分析9年醫(yī)院病毒性肝炎住院患者病例數(shù)及疾病譜變化,為病毒性肝炎患者的診治及管理提供參考。方法收集并整理了2004年1月-2012年12月瑞金醫(yī)院感染科22 469例住院患者的臨床資料,并進行統(tǒng)計和分析。結果患者乙類傳染病為主,占81.63%,甲類傳染病罕見占0.06%,丙類傳染病占1.10%,構成比總體呈下降趨勢;自2004年以來肝炎、中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)感染、麻疹、寄生蟲、腸道感染住院構成比位列各種感染病前5位;在病毒性肝炎中,丙型病毒性肝炎居首位,占47.16%,其次是乙型病毒性肝炎,占44.26%,其中尤以慢性乙型病毒性肝炎為主;9年來丙型病毒性肝炎病例數(shù)明顯增加,順位由第3位升至第1位;藥物性肝損害、乙型病毒性肝炎后肝硬化病例數(shù)亦明顯增加。結論上海地區(qū)感染病以乙類傳染病為主,各種感染病中病毒性肝炎占首位,其中尤以慢性丙型病毒性肝炎及乙型病毒性肝炎為主,丙型病毒性肝炎、藥物性肝損害、乙型病毒性肝炎后肝硬化呈上升趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes of disease spectrum and the number of patients with viral hepatitis in hospital for 9 years, so as to provide reference for the diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with viral hepatitis.Methods the clinical data of 22 469 inpatients in Ruijin Hospital infection Department from January 2004 to December 2012 were collected and analyzed.Results patients with class B infectious diseases were predominant, accounting for 81.63%, class A infectious diseases accounted for 0.06%, class C infectious diseases accounted for 1.10%, the composition ratio showed a downward trend, since 2004, hepatitis, central nervous system infection, measles, parasites,Among the viral hepatitis, viral hepatitis C was the first one, accounting for 47.16 percent, followed by viral hepatitis B.In the past 9 years, the number of cases of viral hepatitis C increased obviously, the number of cases rose from the third to the first, and the number of cases of liver damage caused by drugs and cirrhosis after hepatitis B also increased significantly.Conclusion the main infectious diseases in Shanghai are class B infectious diseases, among which viral hepatitis is the first, especially chronic hepatitis C and hepatitis B, viral hepatitis C and drug-induced liver damage.Liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B is on the rise.
