【摘要】：研究目的：本研究通過比較感染病人在輸注冷沉淀前后血漿Slit2蛋白水平的變化,觀察冷沉淀輸注對感染病人Slit2蛋白表達的影響,探討冷沉淀對感染病人的應用價值。 研究方法：將31例使用常規(guī)藥物抗感染方法+冷沉淀輸注治療的感染病人作為治療組,30例單純使用常規(guī)藥物抗感染方法治療的感染病人作為對照組,收集兩組病人在治療前及治療后12-24h的新鮮全血,分離并提取血漿標本,使用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測定方法檢測其血漿中Slit2蛋白的水平。同時檢測健康人血漿中Slit2蛋白的水平,比較健康人與感染病人血漿中的Slit2蛋白水平,以及治療組和對照組的感染病人在治療前后血漿Slit2蛋白水平的變化。 結果：治療組和對照組的感染病人血漿Slit2蛋白水平較健康人明顯升高,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)；治療組感染病人在治療后血漿Slit2蛋白水平較治療前下降,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),而對照組病人在治療后血漿Slit2蛋白水平較治療前無明顯變化,其差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。 結論：血漿Slit2蛋白是一種可能的炎性指標,可能具有評價感染性疾病治療療效的參考價值；輸注冷沉淀可能對輔助治療感染性疾病有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the changes of plasma Slit2 protein levels in infected patients before and after cryoprecipitation, to observe the effect of cryoprecipitation on the expression of Slit2 protein in infected patients, and to explore the application value of cryoprecipitation in infected patients.Methods: a total of 31 infected patients treated with conventional anti-infective drugs and cryoprecipitation were used as control group, 30 patients were treated with conventional anti-infective drugs, 30 patients were treated with conventional anti-infective therapy, and 30 patients were treated with conventional anti-infective therapy as control group.Fresh whole blood samples from two groups were collected before and 12-24 hours after treatment. Plasma samples were isolated and extracted. The levels of Slit2 protein in plasma were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa).At the same time, the levels of Slit2 protein in plasma of healthy people were detected, the levels of Slit2 protein in plasma of healthy persons and infected patients were compared, and the changes of plasma Slit2 protein levels of infected patients in treatment group and control group before and after treatment were compared.Results: the plasma Slit2 protein level of the infected patients in the treatment group and the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the plasma Slit2 protein level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but the level of plasma Slit2 protein in the control group had no significant change compared with that before treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: plasma Slit2 protein is a possible inflammatory marker, which may be of reference value in evaluating the therapeutic efficacy of infectious diseases, and infusion of cold precipitation may be effective in adjuvant treatment of infectious diseases.
