【摘要】：目的了解寧�？h中學(xué)生艾滋病知信行水平,為開展青年學(xué)生艾滋病預(yù)防工作提供參考依據(jù)。方法2013—2015年,每年選取寧�？h2所高級中學(xué),每所學(xué)校選取1個年級學(xué)生進(jìn)行艾滋病知識、性行為狀況調(diào)查以及HIV、HCV和梅毒抗體檢測。結(jié)果 3年共調(diào)查中學(xué)生2 504人,艾滋病知識知曉率為69.01%;性行為發(fā)生率為3.27%,男性發(fā)生率為5.80%,高于女性的0.72%(P0.05);發(fā)生過性行為的82人中,第一次性行為安全套使用率為20.73%,女性使用率為55.56%,高于男性的16.44%(P0.05);近一年有過性行為的37人中,最近一次使用安全套的占32.43%,男、女生差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過男男性行為4人和吸毒行為1人。曾經(jīng)接受過HIV宣傳的占總調(diào)查人數(shù)的29.59%,參與過宣傳活動的占9.50%,接受過HIV檢測的占3.39%。血清學(xué)檢出梅毒抗體陽性1例,未檢測出HIV和HCV抗體陽性。結(jié)論中學(xué)生存在高危性行為,艾滋病知識知曉率不高,HIV檢測率低,有必要開展校內(nèi)艾滋病宣傳教育并提高檢測服務(wù)可及性。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the level of AIDS knowledge and practice among middle school students in Ninghai County, and to provide reference for the prevention of AIDS among young students.Methods from 2013 to 2015, 2 senior middle schools in Ninghai County were selected each year. One grade student in each school was selected to conduct AIDS knowledge, sexual behavior survey and HIV HCV and syphilis antibody detection.Results among the 2 504 middle school students surveyed in 3 years, the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 69.01, the incidence of sexual behavior was 3.27, and the incidence of male was 5.80, which was higher than that of female students (0.72%, P 0.05%), and 82 of them had sex.The condom use rate of the first sexual intercourse was 20.733.The rate of female use was 55.56, which was higher than that of the male (16.44), and the most recent condom use rate was 32.433.There was no significant difference between male and female (P 0.05).There were 4 men who had sex with men and 1 who took drugs.Those who had received HIV propaganda accounted for 29.59% of the total, 9.50% had participated in propaganda activities, 3.39% had been tested for HIV.One case was serologically positive for syphilis, but no HIV and HCV antibodies were detected.Conclusion High risk sexual behavior exists in middle school students and AIDS knowledge awareness is low and HIV detection rate is low. It is necessary to carry out AIDS propaganda and education in schools and improve the availability of testing services.
