【摘要】：目的了解攀枝花市居民對登革熱防治知識的知曉情況,為制定有效的、具有針對性的健康教育策略提供依據(jù)。方法采用多階段整群隨機抽樣的方法,利用自行編制調(diào)查問卷在全市共調(diào)查15~65周歲1100人,采用集中調(diào)查和入戶調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方式進行知識行為態(tài)度調(diào)查。結(jié)果攀枝花市居民對登革熱知識知曉率水平偏低(45.02%)。年齡以18~29歲(47.59%)和30~50歲(47.06%)年齡組知識知曉率明顯高于18歲(42.58%)和50歲(34.00%)年齡組,文化程度越高,知識知曉率越高,職業(yè)以機關(guān)事業(yè)單位人員知識知曉率(61.11%)高于其他職業(yè),地區(qū)以仁和區(qū)居民(54.89%)中知識知曉率較其他區(qū)(縣)高,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);在行為調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),大部分居民(97.56%)家庭都有泡菜壇、水養(yǎng)植物等適合蚊蟲孳生的場所,且仍有小部分居民家中未采取任何防蚊/滅蚊措施。結(jié)論攀枝花市居民對登革熱防治知識知曉率總體水平不高,且存在地區(qū)、年齡、職業(yè)和文化程度等差異,因此應(yīng)結(jié)合其居民的年齡、文化程度、職業(yè)等因素,采取多種途徑和方式開展登革熱健康教育和衛(wèi)生知識宣傳,提高和改善居民的知識和行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge of prevention and control of dengue fever in Panzhihua City, and to provide basis for effective and targeted health education strategy.Methods A multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to investigate 1100 persons aged from 15 to 65 years old in the whole city by using a self-compiled questionnaire.
