2005-2012年鄱陽湖北岸都昌縣釘螺消長態(tài)勢分析

【摘要】:目的了解鄱陽湖北岸都昌縣釘螺消長趨勢,為制定血吸蟲病防治策略提供依據(jù)。方法收集2005-2012年都昌縣的螺情資料,分析其變化趨勢。結(jié)果 2005-2012年,都昌縣活螺平均密度、活螺框出現(xiàn)率、感染螺密度和感染螺面積均呈大幅下降態(tài)勢,并維持在較低水平,與2005年相比,2008年上述指標分別下降了70.06%、90.33%、79.48%和37.88%,2012年則分別下降了99.35%、98.98%、99.33%和93.93%。釘螺感染率在0.06%~0.53%間波動,呈先降后升態(tài)勢。自2007年起,各年有螺面積保持在2 052.5 hm2不變。結(jié)論至2012年都昌縣多數(shù)螺情指標均降至歷史最低值,但有螺面積未見減少,釘螺感染率呈波動態(tài)勢,提示血吸蟲病傳播風險仍然存在,仍需加強釘螺控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the trend of Oncomelania hupensis in Duchang County on the north bank of Poyang Lake, and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis.Methods the data of snail in Duchang County from 2005 to 2012 were collected and its changing trend was analyzed.Results from 2005 to 2012, the average density of living snail, the occurrence rate of living snail frame, the density of infected snail and the area of infected snail in Duchang County were all decreased significantly, and maintained at a lower level.Compared with 2005, the above indexes decreased by 70.06% and 37.88% respectively in 2008, and 99.355,98.98% and 93.93%, respectively, in 2012.The infection rate of Oncomelania hupensis fluctuated between 0. 06% and 0. 53%.Since 2007, the area of snail has remained unchanged at 2 052.5 hm2.Conclusion by 2012, most of the snail status indexes in Duchang County have been reduced to the lowest value in history, but the snail area has not been reduced, and the snail infection rate is fluctuating, indicating that the transmission risk of schistosomiasis still exists and the control of snail still needs to be strengthened.
