【摘要】：目的探討發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征(SFTS)患者血小板輸注的療效和可能存在的影響因素,為提高臨床血小板輸注療效提供理論依據(jù)。方法選擇在本院確診,接受治療并進(jìn)行血小板輸注的30例SFTS患者為研究對(duì)象,其中男性17例,女性13例,平均年齡57.5歲。通過(guò)比較血小板輸注前后患者PT、APTT、TT變化,分析輸注血小板后患者凝血功能改變狀況;測(cè)定血小板輸注前1 h和輸注后24 h外周血血小板的數(shù)量,計(jì)算PPR和CCI,評(píng)價(jià)血小板輸注效果。結(jié)果與血小板輸注前相比,患者輸注血小板24 h后血小板數(shù)量明顯增加,APTT、TT時(shí)間顯著縮短;隨著患者輸注血小板次數(shù)的增多,血小板輸注有效率下降。結(jié)論 SFTS患者輸注血小板之后,凝血功能得到改善;隨著血小板輸注次數(shù)的增多,血小板輸注有效率下降,無(wú)效率明顯增高;非免疫性因素可能對(duì)SFTS患者血小板輸注療效有較大影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) patients factors and efficacy of platelet transfusion may exist, and provide theoretical basis for improving the clinical curative effect of platelet transfusion. Methods in our hospital diagnosed, treated and platelet transfusion in 30 cases of SFTS patients as the research object, including 17 cases of men. 13 women with an average age of 57.5 years. Through the comparison of platelet transfusion in patients before and after PT, APTT, TT change, change the situation analysis of transmission of blood coagulation in patients with platelet transfusion; Determination of platelet transfusion before 1 h and 24 h transmission and platelet count in peripheral blood after injection, the calculation of PPR and CCI, to evaluate the effects of platelet transfusion results compared with platelet transfusion before transfusion in the number of platelet platelet increased significantly after 24 h, APTT, TT could significantly shorten the time; with the increase of the number of patients with platelet infusion, the platelet transfusion efficiency decreased. Conclusion the patients with SFTS After transfusion of platelet, the coagulation function was improved. With the increase of platelet transfusion times, the efficiency of platelet transfusion decreased and the inefficiency increased significantly. Non immune factors may have a great effect on platelet transfusion efficacy in SFTS patients.
