【摘要】：目的了解畢節(jié)市受艾滋病影響中學(xué)生主觀幸福感現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,為政府相關(guān)部門制定和實(shí)施健康促進(jìn)政策提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用青少年主觀幸福感量表,對(duì)104名畢節(jié)市受艾滋病影響中學(xué)生和1 917名非受艾滋病影響的中學(xué)生進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查。結(jié)果畢節(jié)市受艾滋病影響中學(xué)生的生活滿意度總分及其除學(xué)業(yè)滿意度外的各維度、積極情感得分均低于非受艾滋病影響中學(xué)生,消極情感得分高于非受艾該病影響中學(xué)生(P值均0.05)。在受艾滋病影響的中學(xué)生中,生活滿意度分量表除學(xué)業(yè)滿意度外,其余維度上均表現(xiàn)為女生高于男生(P值均0.05),快樂感量表的消極情感表現(xiàn)為男生高于女生(P0.05);友誼滿意度、環(huán)境滿意度、積極、消極情感在各年級(jí)間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);未住校學(xué)生的友誼、自由滿意度得分均高于住校生,消極情感低于住校生(P值均0.05)。多因素分析顯示,受艾滋病影響中學(xué)生主觀幸福感的影響因素有性別、年級(jí)、學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)、同學(xué)關(guān)系、照顧者、家庭類型、家庭收入、父母患病情況、言語中傷(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論畢節(jié)市受艾滋病影響中學(xué)生主觀幸福感較低。應(yīng)正確合理地關(guān)懷和幫助受艾滋病影響中學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation and influencing factors of subjective well-being of middle school students affected by AIDS in Bijie City, and to provide theoretical basis for the relevant government departments to formulate and implement health promotion policies. Methods Adolescent subjective Well-being scale was used. 104 high school students affected by AIDS and 1 917 students who were not affected by AIDS were investigated in the field. Results the total score of life satisfaction and the dimensions except academic satisfaction of students affected by AIDS in Bijie city were analyzed. The score of positive emotion was lower than that of non-AIDS-affected middle school students, and the score of negative emotion was higher than that of non-AIDS-affected middle school students (P < 0.05). In other dimensions, girls were higher than boys (P = 0.05), negative emotions of happiness scale were higher than girls (P 0.05), friendship satisfaction, environment satisfaction, positive. The scores of friendship and freedom satisfaction of non-resident students were higher than those of resident students, and the negative emotions were lower than those of resident students (P < 0.05). The influencing factors of subjective well-being of secondary school students affected by AIDS are gender, grade, academic achievement, classmate relationship, carer, family type, family income, illness of parents. Conclusion the subjective well-being of middle school students affected by AIDS in Bijie City is lower. It is necessary to care and help the students affected by AIDS correctly and reasonably.
