【摘要】：目的分離鑒定泰安市腹瀉病沙門菌的血清型分布、耐藥性及PFGE分子分型和同源性特點(diǎn)。方法對分離自泰安市腹瀉病人的糞便標(biāo)本中的31株沙門菌進(jìn)行生化鑒定和血清分型,采用微量肉湯稀釋法對其進(jìn)行16種抗生素敏感試驗(yàn),利用PFGE進(jìn)行分子分型及聚類分析。結(jié)果 31株沙門菌分屬于10種血清型,腸炎沙門菌占35.5%(11/31)為優(yōu)勢血清型;31株沙門菌對頭孢西丁和亞胺培南100%敏感,對磺胺異唑的耐藥率為77.42%(24/31);31株沙門菌按照100%的相似度可分為17個PFGE型。結(jié)論藥敏顯示所檢測樣本存在較為嚴(yán)重的多重耐藥性,腸炎沙門菌遺傳變異在該地區(qū)相對較為保守,且存在散發(fā)流行的可能,提示應(yīng)做好腸炎沙門菌傳染病的早期預(yù)警及防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to isolate and identify the serotype, drug resistance, PFGE molecular typing and homology of Salmonella spp.Methods 31 strains of Salmonella isolated from fecal specimens of diarrhea patients in Taian City were identified by biochemical method and serotyping. Sixteen antibiotic susceptibility tests were carried out by the method of broth dilution. Molecular typing and cluster analysis were performed by PFGE.Results 31 strains of salmonella belonged to 10 serotypes. Salmonella enteritidis was the dominant serotype. 31 strains were sensitive to cefoxitin and imipenem 100%.The resistance rate to sulfamisazole was 77.42% and 31 strains of Salmonella could be divided into 17 PFGE types according to the similarity of 100%.Conclusion there is serious multidrug resistance in the samples detected by drug sensitivity. The genetic variation of Salmonella enteritidis is relatively conservative in this area and there is a possibility of sporadic epidemic. It is suggested that the early warning and prevention and control of Salmonella enteritis infectious diseases should be done well.
