【摘要】：目的了解云南省紅河州艾滋病病毒(HIV)職業(yè)暴露發(fā)生、暴露后預(yù)防(PEP)及預(yù)后,促進(jìn)HIV職業(yè)暴露防護(hù)工作。方法對(duì)2009-2013年紅河州報(bào)告的所有HIV職業(yè)暴露者進(jìn)行流行病學(xué)個(gè)案調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果2009-2013年紅河州報(bào)告436人發(fā)生HIV職業(yè)暴露,其中醫(yī)護(hù)人員占78.90%,公安司法人員占18.58%。暴露方式以針刺或銳器刺傷為主,占74.77%;暴露級(jí)別以Ⅰ級(jí)、Ⅱ級(jí)為主,分別占91.06%、8.26%。94.04%(410/436)的暴露者按規(guī)范采取緊急處理,72.25%(315/436)的暴露者進(jìn)行了預(yù)防性服藥,91.16%(284/315)的暴露者采用了合理的服藥方案。27.75%(121/436)未進(jìn)行預(yù)防性服藥,其中有83.47%(101/121)的暴露者是真正無(wú)需進(jìn)行預(yù)防性服藥。隨訪未發(fā)現(xiàn)HIV抗體陽(yáng)轉(zhuǎn)者。結(jié)論應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)部份人員艾滋病安全操作和職業(yè)防護(hù)培訓(xùn),對(duì)職業(yè)暴露人員開(kāi)展心理疏導(dǎo)以減少不必要的恐慌。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan Province AIDS virus (HIV) occupation exposure, post exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and prognosis, promote the protection work of HIV occupation exposure. All HIV exposure for 2009-2013 year occupation of Honghe Prefecture report method for epidemiological investigation and statistical analysis. The result of 2009-2013 years of Honghe Prefecture, 436 people reported HIV occupation exposure among them, medical personnel accounted for 78.90%, the public security and judicial personnel accounted for 18.58%. exposure, with needle or sharp injuries accounted for 74.77%; level of exposure to grade I, II, respectively, 91.06%, 8.26%.94.04% (410/ 436) exposure according to the standard emergency treatment, 72.25% (315/436) exposure of preventive medication 91.16%, (284/315) exposure using.27.75% medication reasonable scheme (121/436) without prophylactic medication, of which 83.47% (101/121) exposure is really no need for preventive medication. No HIV antibody positive conversion was found in follow-up. Conclusion we should further strengthen the training of AIDS safety operation and occupational protection for some staff, and conduct psychological counseling for occupational exposure personnel, so as to reduce unnecessary panic.
