【摘要】：馬紅球菌是紅球菌屬,革蘭染色陽性。馬紅球菌感染是晚期艾滋病(AIDS)患者比較罕見的并發(fā)癥。本文通過總結(jié)某院收治的一例AIDS合并馬紅球菌感染患者的診治經(jīng)過,并結(jié)合2007年1月—2017年1月國內(nèi)外發(fā)表的AIDS合并馬紅球菌感染病例的相關(guān)文獻復習,以提高臨床醫(yī)生對AIDS合并馬紅球菌感染臨床特點的認識,使患者能早期獲得臨床診斷,并選擇至少2種抗生素抗感染治療,盡早實施高效抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療(HARRT),可以期待獲得更好的臨床預后。
[Abstract]:Erythrococcus is a genus of Rhodococcus, which is positive for Gram staining. Erythrococci infection is a rare complication in patients with advanced AIDS. This article summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of a case of AIDS combined with erythrococcal infection in a hospital. In order to improve the clinicians' understanding of the clinical characteristics of AIDS combined with erythrococcal infection, the clinical diagnosis of AIDS combined with erythrococcal infection can be obtained in the early stage by reviewing the relevant literature published at home and abroad from January 2007 to January 2017, so as to improve the understanding of the clinical characteristics of AIDS combined with erythrococcal infection. To select at least 2 antibiotics for antiinfective therapy and to carry out high effective antiretroviral therapy as soon as possible, we can expect to obtain better clinical prognosis.
