線性探針技術(shù)快速診斷本溪地區(qū)耐多藥肺結(jié)核效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的評(píng)價(jià)線性探針技術(shù)(LPA)在本溪地區(qū)快速檢測(cè)結(jié)核分枝桿菌利福平和異煙肼耐藥性的特異性和敏感性。方法采用傳統(tǒng)羅氏培養(yǎng)法培養(yǎng)2013年3月-2014年6月期間全市縣區(qū)所有登記的414例涂陽肺結(jié)核患者痰標(biāo)本,獲得菌株經(jīng)比例法藥物敏感性試驗(yàn)和線性探針技術(shù)檢測(cè)利福平和異煙肼耐藥性,并以比例法藥物敏感性試驗(yàn)為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分析線性探針方法的特異性和敏感性。結(jié)果經(jīng)培養(yǎng)獲得394株結(jié)核分枝桿菌菌株,與比例法藥物敏感性試驗(yàn)相比較,線性探針技術(shù)檢測(cè)利福平和異煙肼的特異性分別為97.9%和96.6%,敏感性分別為91.1%和81.3%;對(duì)耐多藥檢測(cè)的特異性和敏感性分別為98.8%和89.9%。結(jié)論線性探針技術(shù)是一快速、敏感、特異的診斷結(jié)核分枝桿菌利福平、異煙肼耐藥和耐多藥(MDR)的有效方法,可在本溪地區(qū)推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the specificity and sensitivity of linear probe technique (LPA) for rapid detection of rifampicin and isoniazid resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Benxi area. Methods the traditional Roche culture method was used to culture the whole city from March 2013 to June 2014. Sputum specimens of 414 smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients registered in the county, Rifampicin and isoniazid resistance were detected by proportional drug sensitivity test and linear probe technique. The specificity and sensitivity of the linear probe method were analyzed by using the proportional drug sensitivity test as the gold standard. Results 394 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were obtained by culture and compared with the drug sensitivity test of the proportional method. The specificity of linear probe technique for rifampicin and isoniazid was 97.9% and 96.66.The sensitivity was 91.1% and 81.3%, respectively, and the specificity and sensitivity for multidrug resistance were 98.8% and 89.9%, respectively. Conclusion the linear probe technique is a rapid and sensitive method for the detection of rifampicin and isoniazid. An effective method for the diagnosis of rifampicin, isoniazid resistance and multidrug resistance (MDR) of Mycobacterium tuberculosis can be used in Benxi area.
