【摘要】：目的通過復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)分析和總結(jié)重癥埃博拉病毒病患者的臟器功能損害表現(xiàn)以及相應(yīng)的支持治療方法。方法檢索Medline和EMbase數(shù)據(jù)庫,選取2014年以來收治于重癥監(jiān)護病房(ICU)的重癥埃博拉病毒病病例,收集患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、治療經(jīng)過以及預(yù)后等資料,結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié)。結(jié)果共檢索到7篇病例研究,報告了10例重癥埃博拉病毒病患者。幾乎所有患者都伴發(fā)內(nèi)環(huán)境紊亂、肝損傷、血小板降低。4例患者出現(xiàn)呼吸衰竭,其中3例伴有腎功能衰竭�；颊咴贗CU中接受了不同程度的加強支持治療,包括維持內(nèi)環(huán)境穩(wěn)定、輸注血制品、有創(chuàng)或無創(chuàng)機械通氣、腎臟替代治療、抗病毒治療等。9例患者康復(fù)出院,1例死亡。結(jié)論重癥埃博拉病毒病患者常合并多臟器功能損害,經(jīng)加強支持治療后臟器功能可恢復(fù),存活率大大提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and summarize the visceral dysfunction and the corresponding supportive treatment methods in patients with severe Ebola virus disease by reviewing the relevant literature. Methods Medline and EMbase databases were searched. Select the severe Ebola virus cases treated in intensive care unit (ICU) since 2014, collect the clinical manifestation, treatment process and prognosis of the patients, and analyze and summarize the relevant literature. Results A total of 7 case studies were retrieved. Ten patients with severe Ebola virus disease were reported. Almost all of them were accompanied by internal environment disorder, liver injury, thrombocytopenia and respiratory failure. Three of them were associated with renal failure. The patients received various levels of intensive support therapy in ICU, including maintenance of internal stability, transfusion of blood products, invasive or non-invasive mechanical ventilation, renal replacement therapy, Conclusion severe Ebola virus disease patients are often complicated with multiple organ function damage. The organ function can be recovered and the survival rate can be greatly improved after strengthened support therapy.
