【摘要】：目的探討2011-2013年西安市腎綜合征出血熱流行特征,為疾病防控的科學(xué)決策提供依據(jù)。方法導(dǎo)出中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制信息系統(tǒng)中報(bào)告的腎綜合征出血熱病例信息,結(jié)合人口學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)信息,對(duì)2011-2013年西安市腎綜合征出血熱發(fā)病情況進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 3年間西安市累計(jì)報(bào)告發(fā)病3 229例,死亡31例,發(fā)病較高的區(qū)縣是周至縣、戶縣、長(zhǎng)安區(qū)和臨潼區(qū)等老疫區(qū),新城區(qū)、碑林區(qū)和蓮湖區(qū)等城區(qū)發(fā)病率低;全年發(fā)病呈現(xiàn)兩個(gè)高峰,以大高峰為主;發(fā)病仍然以16~60歲農(nóng)民為主。但15歲以下和60歲以上人群發(fā)病構(gòu)成接近25%。結(jié)論近三年西安市腎綜合征出血熱發(fā)病呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì),以疫苗為主的綜合防控策略起到了作用。此外,低年齡和高年齡疫苗保護(hù)人群以外人員發(fā)病比重增大,建議制定疫苗接種策略時(shí)重新評(píng)估和定義適齡接種疫苗人群的范圍。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Xi'an from 2011 to 2013, and to provide a basis for scientific decision-making on disease prevention and control. Methods the information of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) reported in China Disease Prevention and Control Information system was derived. Combined with demographic data, the incidence of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Xi'an from 2011 to 2013 was analyzed retrospectively. Results during the past three years, 3229 cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome were reported and 31 cases died in Xi'an. The counties with higher incidence were Zhouzhi County and Huxian County. The incidence rate of the old epidemic areas such as Changan District and Lintong District, Xincheng District, Steles Forest area and Lianhu District is low. The incidence of HFRS in the population under 15 years old and over 60 years old is close to 25. Conclusion the incidence of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Xi'an city has a downward trend in the past three years, and the comprehensive prevention and control strategy based on vaccine plays an important role. The proportion of patients who are not protected by low age and high age vaccine is increasing. It is suggested to reevaluate and define the range of people of appropriate age when making vaccination strategy.
