【摘要】：目的了解青島市7類(lèi)人群艾滋病預(yù)防知識(shí)的知曉狀況,為評(píng)價(jià)預(yù)防控制艾滋病知識(shí)宣傳措施的效果提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用面對(duì)面問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,針對(duì)不同人群分別采用多階段整群采樣方法和方便樣本抽樣方法選擇青島市7類(lèi)人群為調(diào)查對(duì)象,進(jìn)行匿名調(diào)查,分析7類(lèi)人群的艾滋病預(yù)防知識(shí)知曉情況。結(jié)果共調(diào)查7類(lèi)人群1445人。各類(lèi)人群艾滋病預(yù)防知識(shí)平均知曉率為75.0%,其中城鎮(zhèn)居民為93.3%,農(nóng)村居民為56.4%,青年學(xué)生為69.5%,流動(dòng)人口為97.2%,暗娼為83.0%,MSM為94.0%,被監(jiān)管人員為52.6%。各類(lèi)人群間知曉率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=239.1,P0.05)。傳播途徑平均知曉率為88.8%,非傳播途徑平均知曉率為70.3%,預(yù)防措施平均知曉率為79.3%,三者差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=388.6,P0.05)。結(jié)論被調(diào)查的部分人群的艾滋病預(yù)防知識(shí)知曉率較低,各類(lèi)人群對(duì)各知識(shí)點(diǎn)掌握程度不同。今后應(yīng)針對(duì)不同人群廣泛利用各類(lèi)新社交媒體加大各類(lèi)人群的知識(shí)宣傳力度,提高大眾的艾滋病知識(shí)知曉率。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of AIDS prevention knowledge among 7 groups of people in Qingdao, and to provide a reference for evaluating the effect of AIDS prevention and control measures. Methods face to face questionnaire survey was used. In view of different population groups, adopting multi-stage cluster sampling method and convenient sample sampling method, seven groups of people in Qingdao were selected as the objects of investigation, and anonymous investigation was carried out. Results the average awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge was 75.0 among 7 groups of people. The average awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge was 93.33cm for urban residents, 56.4 for rural residents, 69.5 for young students, and the average awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge was 75.0among 7 groups of people, 56.4% were rural residents, 69.5% were young students, and the average awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge was 75.0%. The living population was 97.2, the female sex worker was 83.0, the MSM was 94.0, the number of the supervised persons was 52.60.There were significant differences in the awareness rate among the various groups of people (蠂 2 / 239.1 / P 0.05). The average awareness rate of the transmission route was 88.8, the average awareness rate of the non-transmission route was 70.3, the average awareness rate of the preventive measures was 79.3, and the third was the third. The difference was statistically significant (蠂 2 / 388.6 / P 0.05). Conclusion the awareness rate of HIV / AIDS prevention knowledge in some people surveyed is low. In the future, we should make extensive use of new social media to promote the knowledge of all kinds of people and improve the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge.
