【摘要】：目的分析2011-2015年撫州市丙型病毒性肝炎的發(fā)病趨勢與流行特征,為控制丙型病毒性肝炎疫情提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法對2011-2015年撫州市丙型病毒性肝炎疫情資料進行分析。結(jié)果 2011-2015年撫州市報告丙型病毒性肝炎年均發(fā)病率為15.57/10萬,發(fā)病率呈上升趨勢(趨勢x~2=2 277.670,P0.001),發(fā)病率年均增長速度為99.25%。高發(fā)病區(qū)為臨川區(qū)、南城縣和崇仁縣。發(fā)病以農(nóng)民、家務(wù)及待業(yè)人群為主。農(nóng)民發(fā)病構(gòu)成比呈上升趨勢(趨勢x~2=129.792,P0.001),家務(wù)及待業(yè)職業(yè)人群發(fā)病構(gòu)成比呈下降趨勢(趨勢x~2=16.662,P0.001)。性別比為0.13∶1,男性年均發(fā)病率低于女性(x~2=2 022.027,P0.001),男性發(fā)病率呈上升趨勢(趨勢x~2=62.157,P0.001),女性發(fā)病率呈上升趨勢(趨勢x~2=2 278.545,P0.001)。發(fā)病年齡集中在40~69歲年齡段。結(jié)論2011-2015年撫州市報告丙型病毒性肝炎發(fā)病率呈上升趨勢,防治工作重點在農(nóng)村,提高人群對丙型病毒性肝炎防治認知,對高危人群開展丙型病毒性肝炎血清學(xué)篩查與監(jiān)測,做到早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早診斷和早治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the incidence trend and epidemic characteristics of viral hepatitis C in Fuzhou from 2011 to 2015. Methods descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemic data of viral hepatitis C in Fuzhou from 2011 to 2015. Results viral hepatitis C was reported in Fuzhou from 2011 to 2015. The average annual incidence of inflammation is 155.7 / 100,000, The incidence rate is on the rise (trend xxan2zhuan2277.670m P0.001, the average annual increase rate of the incidence is 99.255.The high incidence areas are Linchuan, Nancheng and Chongren. The incidence ratio of farmers was on the rise (trend x2n 129.792g / P0.001g), and the ratio of household and unemployed workers was decreasing (trend x = 2n = 16.662P 0.001). The sex ratio was 0.13: 1, and the average annual incidence rate of men was lower than that of females (22022.027g / P 0.001), and the incidence rate of males was lower than that of females (P 0.001N), and the incidence rate of males was lower than that of females (P 0.001). The disease rate was on the rise (the trend was 62.157%, P 0.001), and the incidence rate of female was on the rise. The onset age was concentrated in 40 ~ 69 years old. Conclusion the incidence of viral hepatitis C in Fuzhou from 2011 to 2015 is on the rise, and the incidence of viral hepatitis C is increasing in Fuzhou from 2011 to 2015, and the incidence of viral hepatitis C is increasing in Fuzhou from 2011 to 2015, and the incidence of viral hepatitis C is increasing in Fuzhou from 2011 to 2015. The focus of prevention and treatment is in rural areas to improve the awareness of the prevention and control of hepatitis C, to carry out serological screening and monitoring of high risk groups for hepatitis C, to achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.
