【摘要】：目的分析2012-2013年畢節(jié)市流行性感冒病毒培養(yǎng)及鑒定結(jié)果,為臨床提供準(zhǔn)確的流行性感冒病毒感染診斷和治療依據(jù)。方法于2012-2013年對國家級流行性感冒樣病例監(jiān)測哨點(diǎn)醫(yī)院采集送檢的流行性感冒樣病例的鼻咽拭子,進(jìn)行Real-time PCR流行性感冒病毒核酸檢測,如為PCR核酸陽性結(jié)果,則采用狗腎上皮細(xì)胞(MDCK)培養(yǎng)法分離及鑒定流行性感冒病毒。結(jié)果 2012-2013年畢節(jié)市流行性感冒病毒監(jiān)測中心共收到送檢的流行性感冒樣病例監(jiān)測標(biāo)本1 437份,經(jīng)PCR流行性感冒病毒核酸檢測出陽性281份,陽性率19.6%;培養(yǎng)及鑒定出流行性感冒病毒31株,培養(yǎng)陽性率11.0%,其中2012年2月-2013年1月流行性感冒病毒核酸檢測陽性104份,共培養(yǎng)及鑒定出流行性感冒病毒9株,培養(yǎng)陽性率8.7%,9株流行性感冒病毒鑒定分型,BY流行性感冒病毒1株、BV流行性感冒病毒3株、H3N2亞型流行性感冒病毒5株;2013年2月-2014年1月流行性感冒病毒核酸檢測陽性177份,共培養(yǎng)及鑒定出流行性感冒病毒22株,培養(yǎng)陽性率12.4%,22株流行性感冒病毒鑒定分型,BY流行性感冒病毒12株、新H1N1亞型流行性感冒病毒10株。結(jié)論 2012年2月-2013年1月畢節(jié)市流行性感冒病毒以H3N2亞型和B型流行為主,2013年2月-2014年1月畢節(jié)市流行性感冒病毒以BY和新H1N1亞型流行為主,其中B型流行性感冒病毒為這兩年的流行毒株。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the results of culture and identification of influenza virus in Bijie city from 2012 to 2013. Methods the nasopharynx swabs of influenza like cases collected from sentinel hospitals of national level were collected from 2012 to 2013 to provide accurate basis for the diagnosis and treatment of influenza virus infection. To detect Real-time PCR influenza virus nucleic acid, such as the positive result of PCR nucleic acid, The influenza virus was isolated and identified by MDCK culture method. Results 1 437 samples were collected from Bijie City Influenza virus Surveillance Center in 2012-2013. The results showed that there were 281 positive strains of influenza virus nucleic acid detected by PCR, the positive rate was 19.60.31 strains of influenza virus were cultured and identified, and the positive rate of culture was 11.0%, of which 104 samples were positive for influenza virus nucleic acid from February 2012 to January 2013. 9 strains of influenza virus were co-cultured and identified. The positive rate of culture was 8. 7%. 9 strains of influenza virus were identified and typed. One strain of B virus, 3 strains of influenza virus, 3 strains of H3N2 subtype influenza virus, and 177 positive strains of nucleic acid of influenza virus were detected from February 2013 to January 2014. A total of 22 strains of influenza virus were cultured and identified. The positive rate of culture was 12.4% and 22 strains of influenza virus were identified and typed. 12 strains of influenza virus were identified. Conclusion from February 2012 to January 2013, H3N2 subtype and B type of influenza virus were prevalent in Bijie city, and those of by and H1N1 subtype were predominant in February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013 to February 2013.
