【摘要】：目的統(tǒng)計(jì)2006-2016年金山區(qū)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的瘧疾疫情報(bào)告情況,分析金山區(qū)瘧疾疫情流行特征,為預(yù)防控制瘧疾疫情提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法根據(jù)中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制系統(tǒng)瘧疾疫情網(wǎng)絡(luò)報(bào)告卡,流行病學(xué)調(diào)查資料,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2006-2016年金山區(qū)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)共報(bào)告瘧疾病例180例,其中本地感染病例10例,最后1例本地感染病例為2008年報(bào)告;8、10月份報(bào)告的病例共占全年的26.67%;男女性別比為6.20:1;20~49歲年齡段的病例占78.33%;職業(yè)為工人、干部職員的病例共占70.00%;具有金山戶籍的病例占5.56%;在金山有居住地址的病例占9.44%。結(jié)論金山區(qū)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)報(bào)告的瘧疾病例中輸入性病例占絕大多數(shù),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)輸入性瘧疾疫情的監(jiān)測(cè)和防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics of malaria in Jinshan District from 2006 to 2016, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of malaria epidemic. Methods according to the network report card of malaria epidemic situation of China's disease prevention and control system, malaria epidemic situation was reported in Jinshan District from 2006 to 2016. Results from 2006 to 2016, 180 cases of malaria were reported by medical institutions in Jinshan District, including 10 cases of local infection. The last case of local infection was reported in 2008. The total number of cases reported in October accounted for 26.67 percent of the year. The sex ratio of men and women was 6.20 to 120 to 49 years old. The proportion of cases in the age group was 78.33. The occupation was a worker. The total number of cases of cadres and staff accounts for 70.00; the number of cases with Jinshan household registration is 5.56; the number of cases with residence in Jinshan is 9.440.Conclusion the majority of malaria cases reported by medical institutions in Jinshan District are imported cases. Surveillance, prevention and control of imported malaria should be strengthened.
